Medical Merchandise has three container objectives, one at each of three locations: two containers in the Departure Building exam rooms at Spaceport, three containers in the Hospital on Buried City, and two containers in the medical room inside Research & Administration on Dam Battlegrounds. That is seven containers in total, and each location can be cleared on its own.
Required rooms at a glance
| Map and building | Room to search | Containers required | Where the room is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Spaceport, Departure Building | Exam rooms | 2 | First floor, off a corridor next to a hospital room |
| Buried City, Hospital | Hospital (any room) | 3 | Shown on the map with a red loot icon; the objective names no floor |
| Dam Battlegrounds, Research & Administration | Medical room | 2 | First floor; door marked with a white cross on a green background |
Spaceport: Departure Building exam rooms
The exam room is on the first floor of the Departure Building. The ARC Raiders Wiki places it to the left of the stairs that lead up from the ground floor. The Digital Phablet route guide gives a longer walk that is useful if you are unsure which staircase is which:
- Enter the Departure Building.
- Take the broken staircase up to the first floor.
- Follow the hall, then turn right into another corridor.
- The exam room is an open room off that corridor, next to a hospital room.
- Look for experiment benches with white chemical bottles on them as a visual confirmation.
Search two containers in this room. The route notes come from the guide, not from official developer documentation, so if your layout differs, rely on the room’s position relative to the hospital room and the benches.
Buried City: Hospital
The Hospital appears on the map with a red loot icon. Digital Phablet recommends going upstairs and searching containers in any room, and the objective requires three containers. The objective text does not name a required floor or room, so you do not need to find a particular room. Searching upstairs first is simply the route the guide suggests, and it keeps the search to one area.

Dam Battlegrounds: Research & Administration medical room
The medical room is on the first floor of Research & Administration. Its door has a white cross on a green background, which the ARC Raiders Wiki uses to identify it. If you approach from the building’s south side, Digital Phablet gives this route:
- Take the back stairs.
- Enter the first room at the top of the stairs.
- Turn right out of that room.
- Follow the hall to the medical room at its end, on the left.
The guide warns of turrets and other enemies in the corridor. Enemy placement can change between sessions, so treat that warning as a heads-up rather than a fixed guarantee. Search two containers in the medical room.

Quest giver and prerequisite
Lance gives Medical Merchandise. The quest reference page lists Doctor’s Orders as the quest that must be completed first.
Rewards and the Vita Shot discrepancy
The quest reference page lists the rewards as a Banana backpack charm, three Defibrillators, and three Vita Shots. The ARC Raiders Database lists two Vita Shots instead. The sources do not agree on that number, and the guides consulted do not say which game version they reflect. Check the reward screen when you turn in the quest; that screen is the authoritative count for your copy of the game.

How current these directions are
The room locations and routes come from third-party game reference and guide sites, not from official developer documentation. None of the guides consulted states the game version its room-level details apply to. If a patch changes the quest, the objective tracker in your game is the reliable guide: it will show the current required container count and the location it wants you to visit.
