Unlock A Reveal in Ruins
Lance gives this quest after you complete Medical Merchandise. Its objective is to search any pharmacy in Buried City for an ESR Analyzer and deliver the item to Lance in the same round. The quest reference lists the quest requirements and rewards.
Where to search in Buried City
Piazza Arbusto pharmacy
The quest reference recommends the pharmacy near Piazza Arbusto, just east of Town Hall. Check boxes behind the counter as you search.
Plaza Rosa pharmacy
A PC Gamer walkthrough reports another pharmacy at Plaza Rosa. Look for buildings marked “Farmacia” or with green crosses. At the pharmacy, search the yellow box at the front desk; the walkthrough recommends the “search for parts” interaction to reveal the quest item.

These are reported search locations, not guaranteed fixed spawns. If the analyzer is not in the first container, search the pharmacy’s other likely boxes.
Extract with the analyzer and deliver it
- Take the ESR Analyzer with you when you leave Buried City. Finding it does not complete the objective unless you extract with it.
- If you have a safe pocket available, put the analyzer there to reduce the chance of losing it if you are killed.
- After extraction, deliver the item to Lance in the same round to complete the quest objective.
Quest rewards
The quest reference lists a Tactical Mk. 3 (Healing) and a Surge Shield Recharger as rewards.
