In Infinity Nikki, check the Events interface first, then the specific quest, Compendium, event shop, or Pear-Pal mail named in the reward’s instructions. Depending on the reward, you may need to meet a story requirement, log in, finish tasks, exchange event currency, or select Claim. Check each activity’s own deadline and rules in-game: rewards and menus change by version.

Where to look for rewards

Events

Open Events and inspect the individual activities. Event pages can contain check-ins, quests, tasks, and additional reward tasks. Some activities are locked until you reach a particular point in the story. The official Version 2.10 notice, for example, describes an event quest and check-in, and directs players to the Events task page for additional quest rewards.

Quests and exploration

Main-story progress, world quests, and random quests can unlock or award resources. Read the named prerequisite on the activity: an event may require a particular chapter or completed quest, rather than being available as soon as you open the game.

Compendium

Collection milestones can also provide rewards. The Version 2.9 update notice introduced collection-level rewards in the Compendium, claimable when you reach the specified level. Look for the relevant reward section in the current client.

Event shops and exchanges

Some activities give you event currency that you must exchange for a reward; the currency is not necessarily the reward itself. For example, official notices describe Starlit Crystals being spent in the Starlit Shop and other task currency being exchanged for rewards. Use the shop or exchange page named by the active event, and check its closing time.

Pear-Pal mail and web event pages

Some rewards, including event rewards or compensation, arrive through in-game mail. Open Pear-Pal, check the inbox, and claim any mail items before an expiration date shown on the message. A past official event also required a separate Claim action on its Whim List web page and said unclaimed rewards could not be reissued. That rule applied to that event; follow the rules on the current event page.

A reliable routine for claiming rewards

  1. Open Events and read the rules. Check the event’s end time, prerequisites, and how rewards are collected. Requirements can depend on story progress and fixed deadlines.
  2. Complete the required login or activity. For a check-in, log in on the required days and review the event after its daily refresh. Refresh times can vary by event.
  3. Finish tasks and exchange currency. If the activity uses tokens or another event currency, visit its named exchange page and spend them before the event closes.
  4. Look for a separate Claim action. Check the event page, collection page, or shop. Completing a task or unlocking a reward may not itself collect it.
  5. Check Pear-Pal mail. Claim mailed rewards or compensation from the inbox and note any expiration shown.
  6. Prioritize approaching deadlines. A Version 2.9 update notice specifically reminded players to claim Deep Echoes rewards before its deadline. That reminder applied to Deep Echoes; use the current event’s displayed deadline for other rewards.

Version 2.10 examples—and their deadlines

The official Version 2.10 notice lists these time-limited examples. They are not permanent reward schedules; check the current client to see whether an activity is still available and confirm its exact time.

Activity Requirement and reward Published window
Trial Across a Millennium check-in Log in for seven days to receive 10 Revelation Crystals. The notice says rewards refresh daily at 04:00. From the Version 2.10 update through October 11, 2026, at 18:59 (UTC−7).
Where the Golden Feather Fell Unlocks after completing “Invitation from the Golden City” in Chapter 10 of the Itzaland main storyline. Listed rewards include an earring sketch, a handheld item, a card, Diamonds, and growth materials. Through October 29, 2026, at 12:49 (UTC−7).

How to choose what to check first

For a reward you are trying to find, use these details in its notice or event page to narrow down the right place:

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.
  • Location: Events, a quest, the Compendium, an event shop, Pear-Pal, or a web event page.
  • Unlock requirement: Story progress, a number of login days, or completion of listed tasks.
  • Collection action: An automatic unlock, a separate Claim button, or an exchange using event currency.
  • Deadline: The activity’s end time or the expiration shown on a mail item.

These routes cover quest and check-in rewards as well as exchanges and mailed items; the official notices do not provide one button-by-button path covering every reward type. Follow the live client’s instructions rather than assuming all rewards use the same menu or claim process. The reviewed notices also do not establish a current official redeem-code list or a complete current code-redemption procedure, so avoid relying on unverified or expired codes.
