The best repeat-farm route reported for The Division 2’s Hoarder is the parking lot by the DZ South main entrance: check its three manholes, defeat the enemy if it appears, then return to a settlement, log out, log back in, and check again. That loop comes from a historical guide, not a current Ubisoft guarantee, so treat it as a farming attempt rather than a confirmed spawn or loot reset. The Hoarder has been associated with Sleigher, Oh Carol, Festive Delivery, and Chill Out, but their availability can be seasonal.
Where to look for The Hoarder
DZ South parking lot: the reported repeat-farm route
- Fast travel to the DZ South main entrance.
- Turn left toward the building, then turn left again into the parking lot.
- Check the three manholes in the lot. In Windows Central’s historical guide, The Hoarder could emerge from any of them and run toward the player.
The guide recommends this spot for repeated attempts because it identifies multiple possible emergence points in one area. It does not establish a current spawn rate or guarantee that the enemy will appear on a given visit. Windows Central’s Hoarder guide
Jefferson Trade Center: a quick incidental check
The same guide reports another possible manhole spawn just outside Jefferson Trade Center: fast travel to the mission, turn right, and check the road. It describes this spawn as random, so it is better treated as a convenient check when you are already there than as the preferred repeat route. Windows Central’s Hoarder guide
How to repeat the DZ South attempt
- Check all three manholes in the parking lot and defeat The Hoarder if he appears.
- Return to a settlement before logging out.
- Log out, log back in, and revisit the parking lot to check again.
Windows Central reported that this sequence worked for its author and noted one failed attempt after skipping the settlement return. That is an anecdotal troubleshooting detail, not proof that returning to a settlement resets the spawn in the current game build. Current official sources do not confirm this reset behavior, so if the loop stops producing encounters, do not assume you are doing something wrong or that the spawn is guaranteed.

Which items are associated with The Hoarder?
| Item | Type |
|---|---|
| Sleigher | SMG |
| Oh Carol | Marksman rifle |
| Festive Delivery | Backpack |
| Chill Out | Mask |
These four items are listed in the historical Hoarder guide as seasonal targets. It also says Festive Delivery was available from The Hoarder after completing the Winter Project chain during that guide’s period; that should not be taken as a confirmed current unlock requirement. Seasonal availability and event-cache alternatives
Ubisoft’s dated announcements show that some of these items have also been available through event Gear Caches, but they do not establish what is obtainable on October 8, 2026 or confirm the Hoarder’s current drop pool.

In its December 10, 2019 announcement for the Situation: Snowball event, Ubisoft said players could encounter Santa-hat-wearing Hoarder enemies and that taking one down would drop the exclusive Sleigher, which fired snowballs and confused enemies it hit. That statement documents the 2019 event, not a lasting guarantee about today’s encounters or loot. Ubisoft’s 2019 Situation: Snowball announcement
