The quickest documented J Kozma Ventures (JKV) container is at Lobby Metro on Stella Montis. Reach the extraction platform, call the train, turn around, and search the container beside the platform. It contains the Old World Books needed for Shani’s Cold Storage quest.
What the Cold Storage quest requires
Cold Storage is a Shani quest on Stella Montis. Its objective is to search any shipping container marked “J Kozma” and deliver the Old World Books to Shani. The listed reward is 3× Gas Mine and 1× Raider Hatch Key.
Shani’s clue is exact: “You’re looking for shipping containers labeled ‘J Kozma’: that’s all the help I can offer.”
Recommended location: Lobby Metro
Lobby Metro gives you the shortest search-to-extraction loop.
#1 Best Overall
- Material: Plastic, ABS.
- Reference Scale: 1:87, Suitable for HO scale.
- Package included: 9pcs uncolored containers.
- Notice: The flat car is not included.
- Pure Color, you can print the logo you need.
- Enter Stella Montis and travel to Lobby Metro.
- Go down to the extraction point and press the button to call the train.
- Turn around 180 degrees from the button. The JKV container is directly in front of or beside the platform.
- Interact with the container and take the Old World Books.
- If your loadout has a safe pocket, place the books there. Wait for the train in cover, then extract to Speranza.
The container can be easy to miss if you keep facing the call button; the turn toward the platform is the key orientation.
Alternative location: Loading Bay
A second documented search area is Loading Bay, around Cargo Dock A in the northern part of the area. Reach the dock by dropping onto the mechanical beam and walking along it. The JKV container is the conspicuous white container among nearby blue shipping containers.
Rank #2
- Pure Color, you can print the logo you need.
- High quanlity. It is a great gift for your children or home decor.
- Size: Approx. 5.51*1.1*1.26inch (L*W*H)

Some route descriptions place the viable container in Cargo Dock A or B east of Medical Research. Treat the dock complex as the search area rather than relying on a single bay label, especially if the first container has already been looted.
Lobby Metro or Loading Bay?
| Route | Extraction convenience | Traversal risk | How to identify the container | Best use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lobby Metro | Lowest distance; extraction platform is beside the container | Lower, because the objective and train are in one spot | Look beside the platform after turning from the call button | Fast completion or a run focused on leaving Stella Montis quickly |
| Loading Bay | Less direct; you must return from the dock to an extraction point | Higher, because beam access and dock movement expose you longer | Find the lone white JKV container among blue containers | When Lobby Metro is already looted or the dock is your safer available route |
Both locations can work because the objective accepts any one J Kozma Ventures container; reports of multiple containers are therefore not contradictory.

After you find the container
- Secure the quest item before taking unnecessary fights or detours.
- Extract from Stella Montis to Speranza.
- Return to Shani and hand over the recovered books to complete Cold Storage.
If the container is missing
- Confirm that you are in Stella Montis and have Cold Storage active.
- At Lobby Metro, check both sides immediately beside the extraction platform after calling the train.
- At Loading Bay, search the Cargo Dock area east of Medical Research and use the white-versus-blue color contrast.
- If another player has looted the location, extract safely and try the other documented area on a later run.
Map layouts and quest spawns can change with patches, so a container position may shift even when the “J Kozma” label remains the identifying clue.
