The missing piece is the Bronze Bell Fragment. You get it from Qi Sheng after finishing the Melodies of Peace progression, and you then take it to the damaged Bell of Demoncalm in the Peace Bell Tower on Moonveil Mountain in Qinghe. Placing it is a Construction Mode action, and the bell only rings after you interact with the wooden beam in front of it.
The steps below are drawn from current player walkthroughs. They are not official developer documentation, and the game version or platform was not stated in those sources, so button prompts may differ on your build.
Step 1: Complete Melodies of Peace with Qi Sheng
Qi Sheng runs the Melodies of Peace progression. Walkthroughs place him near the first Wayfarer of the Verdant Wilds, along the route toward General’s Shrine. Speak with him to start the chain.
The fragment is tied to the last reward in that chain, Music of Yongping. Submitting Qinghe Oddities advances the progression toward that reward.

Step 2: Collect the fragment from his stall
Unlocking Music of Yongping does not automatically place the Bronze Bell Fragment in your inventory. Return to Qi Sheng’s stall and pick the fragment up from the table. If your inventory shows no new item after the reward unlocks, check the stall before assuming the quest is broken.
Step 3: Reach the bell in Peace Bell Tower
The Peace Bell Tower sits at the summit of Moonveil Mountain in Qinghe. From the tower entrance, face the structure and use the scaffolding on the left exterior. Climb through the broken openings, then follow the stairs and ledges to the bell chamber.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What the repaired bell does
Walkthroughs say the repaired bell weakens world bosses in Qinghe. None of the sources gives a measured reduction, a percentage, or a boss list, so treat the effect as a qualitative description rather than a tested number. If you are planning a boss fight around it, expect the change to be a modifier you notice in play, not a figure you can calculate in advance.
