Moisture Meter: Grandioso Apartments
Go to Grandioso Apartments in Buried City and search the rooftop. A walkthrough suggests entering the building, taking a zipline to the highest floor, then using the stairs to reach the roof. It places the search spot near two pots of soil; use those as landmarks rather than treating them as a separate quest requirement. The quest reference names the rooftop as the target, while the walkthrough describes the route and nearby landmarks.
Nutrient Meter: Piazza Roma
At Piazza Roma, search the broken rooftop gardens. The walkthrough describes reaching the building by zipline and taking the stairs to the roof; look near a tank and a tub of dirt for the meter. Piazza Roma’s broken rooftop gardens are the quest’s named location; the tank and dirt tub are additional navigation clues from the walkthrough.
Complete the quest in one run
- Start Unexpected Initiative with Tian Wen in Buried City. The quest becomes available after completing Industrial Espionage and Echoes Of Victory Ridge, according to the quest reference.
- Search Grandioso Apartments’ rooftop for one Moisture Meter.
- Search Piazza Roma’s broken rooftop gardens for one Nutrient Meter. The quest reference labels both location objectives “In One Round,” so collect both before ending the run.
- Deliver one of each meter to Tian Wen to complete the delivery objectives.
The listed quest rewards are one Il Toro I, 40 shotgun ammo, and one Shotgun Choke II; a second quest listing corroborates those items.
