The Pattern House power box is a wall switch on the ground floor of the Pattern House, at the far north of Dam Battlegrounds. Enter through the front door, find the stairs, and check the room to their left. Flip the switch for the Our Presence Up There quest, then go to the roof for the antenna objective.
Where is the Pattern House on Dam Battlegrounds?
Look at the northern tip of Dam Battlegrounds. The Pattern House is north of Generator Hall and the Power Generation Complex, and east of West Broken Bridge, according to PC Gamer’s quest guide. Another guide places it northwest of the Power Generation Complex; zoom in on the map if the marker is difficult to spot (GameSpot).
How to find the power switch inside
- Enter the Pattern House through the front door.
- On the ground floor, locate the staircase.
- Before going upstairs, enter the room to the left of the stairs. The switch is on the wall in that room. GameSpot describes this interior route, and Shacknews also places the switch along the near wall.
The guides call the interactable a power switch. It is the wall-mounted control meant by “power box” in this quest; it is not a separate rooftop object.
What to do after flipping the switch
The switch is one part of Our Presence Up There. After restoring power, head up to the roof and complete the antenna objective. The switch and antenna are separate interactions, as described by GameSpot and PC Gamer.

Be prepared for other raiders
One guide notes player traffic around the Pattern House (TheGamer). That is a possibility, not a guarantee for every raid, so stay alert while approaching and searching the building.
