The version 1.5 interactive map lists 12 chest markers in Valley Pass, but a March 2026 guide reports 14. Because the available map text does not give chest-by-chest coordinates, use the map’s pins to confirm exact spots rather than treating broad route landmarks as verified locations.
How many chests are in Valley Pass?
Valley Pass is an area in Valley IV. The Endfield Build interactive map’s version 1.5 data, imported September 19, 2026, shows 12 chest markers:

A Game8 guide search result last updated March 19, 2026, instead reports 14 Valley Pass chests: Game8’s Arknights: Endfield walkthrough. Its page could not be inspected to determine how it counted chests, and the available information does not establish why its total differs. Treat 12 as the count of markers on the later version 1.5 map, not as a confirmed explanation of every source’s total.
Use the interactive map to verify exact locations
The map provides the most precise available way to check individual chest positions. Open the Endfield Build interactive map, select Valley Pass, and compare its chest pins with your in-game map as you explore. The page identifies three Valley Pass travel points and says its map data comes from Endfield Tools. Endfield Build describes itself as unofficial and not affiliated with Hypergryph or Gryphline.
#1 Best Overall
- 【Size】about 9 inch
- 【Package】1 plush
- 【Material】The plush is made of soft pp cotton
- 【Safe】Everything is attached and sewn. There is nothing on the plush that could be dangerous to people
- 【Perfect Home Accent】Ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, offices
The accessible map information gives a total and chest-type breakdown, but not a readable list of all 12 coordinates. That means a pin-by-pin route cannot be reliably reproduced here; use the live map for the exact position of any chest you have not collected.
A practical sweep through Valley Pass
For a systematic search, follow the route advice in the Valley Pass chest guide as a general sweep, then verify every candidate against a current map pin:
- Start at the lower approach and check both sides of the main route.
- Continue through the central pass, pausing at side paths rather than following only the main path.
- Check cliffside detours and elevated ledges; terrain and elevation can hide a chest from the main route.
- Finish by searching the upper ridges, then compare your finds with the interactive map’s remaining pins.
These are broad search areas, not confirmed directions to particular markers. The guide does not match its landmark descriptions to the 12 pins in the later map snapshot.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What to do when a nearby marker has no visible chest
A marker can be difficult to match from ground level if the chest is on a ledge, behind terrain, or reached by a side path. Check above and below the marker and look for a route around nearby cliffs before concluding that it is inaccessible. General guidance also mentions combat, environmental mechanisms, and traversal access as possible factors at some chests, but it does not tie any of those requirements to a specific Valley Pass marker. Do not assume a particular chest needs one without checking the location in-game.
How Valley Pass fits into progression
The official Secure Sanctuary quest reference places Valley Pass in the Chapter I cross-region main quest and describes entering the area before finding a way deeper toward Valley Fort. This provides progression context; it does not establish unlock requirements for the chest markers.
