How to reach the In-Between Theater
The Theater is locked early in the story. Follow these steps in order:

- Progress the main story until you have defeated Raremon. Insider Gaming reports this as the unlock condition for the In-Between Theater.
- Travel to the Kabukicho back alley in Shinjuku. Look for a rift marked by glowing, floating papers. Insider Gaming describes this as an accessible entrance to the Theater.
- Enter the In-Between Theater and open the Bartender’s shop. Check the stock list for Iron Slash 1 and confirm the price before you buy.
Stock in this shop is not guaranteed to stay the same as the story advances. Check it whenever you return to the Theater, not only on your first visit.
If the Bartender no longer sells it
A September 2026 post in the Steam Community discussions describes a late-game player who could not find Iron Slash 1 at the Theater shop. The same post and a reply in the thread name Hagurumon as an alternate learner. These are user reports and have not been independently verified, so treat them as leads rather than confirmed mechanics.

The level requirement for Hagurumon is the weak point in the available information. Game8’s search-result extract lists Hagurumon at level 10. The Steam post refers to “level one.” These figures cannot both be right as a precise threshold, and neither source gives the context needed to settle the difference. Open Hagurumon’s learnable skill information in the game and check the level shown there, rather than relying on either number.

What Iron Slash 1 is used for
Insider Gaming says Iron Slash 1 is a required material for two Digi-Eggs: the Digi-Egg of Sincerity and the Digi-Egg of Knowledge. It places their crafting with Vulcanusmon after you reach the final stage of Factorial Town. Some sources also describe the item as an Attachment skill, so it may be useful beyond crafting.
