How to get the Dam Data Store Keycard

Progress Dr. Garrow’s quest in The Interchange until you can retrieve her notes. The walkthrough route described by BLAST.tv goes through the Robotics area: activate its consoles, find the Head Office Keycard by a body in Weapon Testing, then collect Garrow’s notes from the Head Office desk.

Return the notes to Dr. Garrow. She rewards you with the Dam Data Store Keycard. A GameFAQs PS5 walkthrough also identifies Garrow as the source of the card.
Where to use the keycard
Travel to Casterfell Woods and find the Dam Data Store at 22.5E, 92.4N. Its entrance is a sinkhole leading to bunker L11, according to the BLAST.tv walkthrough and the GameFAQs guide.

You also need a Signal Redirector to route power through the relevant junctions or fuseboxes and reach the Control Room. Once you have access, use the Dam Data Store Keycard at the card reader. The card opens the reader; it does not replace the power-routing step. This access sequence is covered by PCGamesN’s Atomfall endings guide and the BLAST.tv walkthrough.
Choose your console command with the quest route in mind
The BLAST.tv walkthrough reports that entering GEN ERA sides with Garrow and closes Joyce Tanner’s route, while GEN MOVE supports Joyce’s alternative route. It describes the choice as mutually exclusive. If you want to pursue Joyce’s path, do not commit to GEN ERA; if you are following Garrow’s route, GEN ERA is the command the guide associates with it. This route consequence is reported by a third-party guide, not confirmed here by official Rebellion documentation.

Do not confuse it with the Store Room Key
The Dam Data Store Keycard is the quest reward from Garrow that you need to reach the Data Store. The GameFAQs walkthrough separately lists a “Data Store D Store Room Key,” looted from a body inside a different data-store section and used for a storeroom. That is not the keycard you need to obtain before entering bunker L11.
