Preorders for the LISA Limited Edition DualSense opened on October 2, 2026, at 10 a.m. local time. In the U.S., PlayStation directed buyers to direct.playstation.com; buyers in ten listed European countries were directed to PlayStation’s hardware store. Stock on October 3 has not been confirmed, so check the official listing for availability before ordering.
Where to preorder the LISA DualSense
PlayStation announced that orders would open while supplies last. Its October 2 update said the controller preorder was proceeding as planned, but neither statement confirms current inventory after the opening.
- United States: direct.playstation.com.
- United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg: playstation.com/store/hardware, from 10 a.m. local time.
- Other regions: PlayStation says participating retailers globally will also carry the controller, but its announcement does not name them. Check a retailer’s current listing and verify that it is the controller, not another item from the collaboration.
The official announcement does not establish retailer-by-retailer availability, final checkout prices, or shipping terms. Confirm seller identity, local taxes and delivery details at checkout.

Sony Interactive Entertainment’s 2026 announcement lists these recommended retail prices. They are not confirmation of a retailer’s current price or stock; shipping and tax treatment may vary. Japan’s listed price explicitly includes tax.

Release date and controller design
The planned launch date is October 30, 2026. PlayStation describes the controller as highly limited, but has not announced a unit count; that wording does not establish whether it is still available or predict when it might sell out.
The design uses a Chroma Pearl colorway, with LISA’s bangs and eyes on the touchpad, plus signature stars and bold “LL” lettering. PlayStation says Chroma Pearl is LISA’s personal favorite.

Do not confuse the controller with the merchandise collection
The LISA and PlayStation collaboration also includes apparel, hats, tote bags, keychains, stickers, a DualSense carrying case, and other merchandise. These are separate products, not part of the controller preorder. PlayStation’s October 2 update said U.S. availability details for the merchandise collection would follow because of unexpected delays; it separately said the controller preorder would proceed as planned.
An earlier schedule had select merchandise preorders on October 2 through PlayStation and additional items on LISA’s official Amazon store and in the Amazon Music app on October 23. Those merchandise dates were the original plan, not confirmed availability after the delay update.
