Where you can watch Formula 1 live depends on your country. Start with Formula 1’s official broadcast directory, then confirm the local broadcaster’s schedule and replay terms. F1 TV Pro also offers live coverage in selected countries; it is not a worldwide subscription.
How to find the legal F1 broadcaster in your country
- Open Formula 1’s broadcast information directory. Select your territory to see the broadcaster or broadcasters listed for it.
- Check the rights holder’s current listings. Confirm which sessions it carries, whether coverage is live or on demand, how to stream it, and whether highlights or full replays are included. F1’s directory advises viewers to consult local listings for exact television coverage.
- Compare the local offer with F1 TV. F1 TV Pro is available only in selected markets. Do not assume that a plan or app available in one country can be subscribed to or used on the same terms elsewhere.

F1 TV Access
F1 TV Access is centered on live timing, telemetry, team-radio recaps, shows, documentaries and archive content. It is not the live race-video plan. The plan page also lists delayed race replays, but says replay availability varies, so check whether and when replays are available in your territory before relying on Access for catch-up.
Confirmed 2026 viewing options by territory
| Territory | Live coverage | Catch-up or free-to-air details |
|---|---|---|
| United States | Formula 1 identifies Apple as its official US broadcaster for 2026. F1 says F1 TV is included at no extra charge within an Apple TV subscription; check Apple’s current subscription terms and supported app/device details. | The ad-supported Formula 1 Channel offers previous-race-weekend full replays, detailed highlights and analysis five days after each Grand Prix. F1 lists availability on Fubo, LG Channels, Plex, Pluto TV, Prime Video, Samsung TV Plus, The Roku Channel and VIDAA. This is delayed catch-up, not the live Grand Prix service. |
| United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland | A 6 May 2026 agreement says Sky carries every practice, qualifying, Sprint and Grand Prix through the 2034 season, with streaming through NOW as well as Sky Sports. | In the UK, Channel 4 retains highlights of every Grand Prix and live coverage of the British Grand Prix. Check the local listings for the schedule. |
| Italy | Sky Italy’s agreement runs through the 2032 season. Sky Sport F1 carries every Grand Prix live. | TV8 provides free-to-air coverage, including the live Italian Grand Prix. Check TV8’s listings for details. |
These examples do not cover every country. For other territories, use the official F1 directory and confirm replay terms with the listed rights holder. Rights and schedules can differ even where multiple broadcasters are listed.

What to compare before choosing a service
- Territory: Verify that the broadcaster or plan is authorized and available where you live.
- Live versus catch-up: Distinguish live session streams from delayed replays and highlights. For example, the US Formula 1 Channel catch-up arrives five days after each Grand Prix.
- Replay scope: Confirm whether you get complete sessions, selected highlights or both, and when they become available. F1 says replay availability varies by plan and territory.
- Coverage breadth: Check whether the package includes practice, qualifying, Sprint, the Grand Prix, support series, onboard views or studio shows.
- Price and terms: Check current local pricing, bundles, trial eligibility and cancellation conditions with the provider. There is no stable international price list covering these options.
- Devices: F1 lists web, iOS, Android, Amazon Fire, Roku and Chromecast among supported options. Check compatibility for the specific service and device before buying hardware.
- Free-to-air access: Check the local broadcaster directory and listings; availability is territory-specific. The UK and Italy examples above have different free-to-air coverage.
Watching on a television
A compatible streaming device can display an eligible service on a TV, but the device does not provide broadcast rights or include a race subscription. Formula 1 lists Amazon Fire, Roku and Chromecast as supported device categories; verify the chosen service’s app support and access requirements first.
