Honey blocks do not stick to slime blocks. Mojang explicitly established this mechanic in Java Snapshot 19W42A. Glazed terracotta is another documented example, though that information comes from the community-maintained Minecraft Wiki and may need checking in the edition and version you are playing.
Honey blocks: the confirmed exception
Mojang’s Java Snapshot 19W42A notes state: “Honey Blocks and Slime Blocks no longer stick together.” The official Buzzy Bees release notes also explain that honey blocks stick to adjacent blocks when pushed or pulled by pistons, like slime blocks, but honey and slime do not stick to each other.

That makes honey useful when you want two sticky-block sections to move separately rather than pull each other along. A honey block can still carry blocks attached to its own side; it simply does not adhere to a neighboring slime block.
Glazed terracotta: a documented additional example
The community-maintained Minecraft Wiki’s Slime Block entry identifies glazed terracotta as a block that does not move along with adjacent slime blocks. This is a useful additional option, but the cited information does not establish a complete, edition-by-edition list for current Minecraft versions. If a build depends on glazed terracotta separating moving sections, test it in the edition and version you use.
Not sticking is different from being immovable
A block that does not adhere to slime is not necessarily a block a piston can move. These are separate checks: adhesion determines whether a block is carried with a slime-block assembly; piston mobility determines whether the piston can move the block at all.

Mojang’s Sticky Piston article gives bedrock, obsidian, spawners, jukeboxes, portal frames, and sculk as examples of blocks pistons cannot move. Such blocks are not ordinary movable parts of a piston build, regardless of whether they stick to slime.

- For a confirmed slime-and-honey separation, use the non-sticking relationship between honey and slime blocks.
- Treat glazed terracotta as a documented additional example, and verify it in your target edition and version if the design relies on it.
- Check piston mobility separately from slime adhesion; a block may fail to move because pistons cannot move it, not because it detached from slime.
- Do not assume these examples are a complete list of every block that fails to stick across Java and Bedrock. The cited sources do not establish that full current list.
