There is no official “Toontown residents” group in Disney Dreamlight Valley. If you mean a Mickey and Friends-themed neighborhood, the practical lineup is Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy, Goofy, and Scrooge McDuck. That is a player-made grouping, not a separate in-game realm or collection.
What “Toontown” means in Dreamlight Valley
Gameloft uses Toontown as a design reference, not as the name of a place with its own resident list. In its May 1, 2024 Thrills & Frills update announcement, the studio described Dreamlight Park items as inspired by “Mickey’s Toontown and Toy Story Land.” The update highlights attractions and park decorations players can use to give their Valley a theme.

The community-maintained character roster organizes characters by game area and universe. It does not identify a formal Toontown resident category. In practice, players may use “Toontown” to mean a neighborhood built around Mickey and his friends.
Which villagers fit a Mickey and Friends neighborhood?
The roster reference lists these six characters in Dreamlight Valley. Gameloft’s February 10, 2026 Valentine event announcement also pairs Mickey with Minnie and Donald with Daisy, and includes Scrooge among characters with event quests.

This is a useful themed-build list, not an official or exhaustive category. Characters added in future updates could change the roster, so check the in-game collection for the current lineup.
Is Toontown a realm, or do these characters have to live together?
No. The official update describes Toontown as inspiration for Dreamlight Park items; it does not establish a Toontown realm or require these villagers to live in one area. Treat a Toontown-style neighborhood as a decorating idea.

Disney’s August 5, 2022 preview of WALL·E in Dreamlight Valley described characters moving in after players make friends with them and provide a home, and said players could relocate homes between biomes. That is historical overview material, not a guide to every current unlock rule.

Daisy is a villager, not just a decorative choice for the theme. The May 1, 2024 update says players befriend her through a friendship questline and eventually unlock her Boutique. Her friendship progression is separate from whether you place her home beside the other Mickey and Friends characters.
