Robin’s son is Morgan, the child character from Fire Emblem Awakening. Morgan appears in two gender variants, and only the male version is Robin’s son. The female version is Robin’s daughter.
Who is Morgan?
Morgan is the child character tied to Robin, the player avatar and one of the protagonists of Fire Emblem Awakening for Nintendo 3DS. Nintendo’s official male Morgan profile describes him as “the son of the legendary tactician Robin,” adding that he aspires to follow in Robin’s footsteps and become a tactician himself.

The official Fire Emblem Heroes profile for male Morgan also says he comes from a future version of Robin’s world, which explains why he is presented as a younger figure hoping to match a parent he admires.
Male Morgan and female Morgan
Because the question asks about a son, the answer is the male variant. Nintendo’s female Morgan profile identifies her as Robin’s daughter and states that she also appears in Fire Emblem Awakening. The two profiles describe the same character concept with different gender and matching parent wording.

Robin and the parent relationship
Nintendo’s Robin profile describes Robin as an avatar character in Fire Emblem Awakening. Robin can be either gender, so the parent-child relationship is best described as Robin’s child rather than as a single fixed family.
The official profiles confirm that Robin is Morgan’s parent. They do not name one universal spouse or other parent for every player’s Robin, so avoid stating one specific other parent as the canonical answer.
