If your EA verification code has not arrived, first check your spam folder, inbox storage, blocked senders, and whether you are signed in to the EA Account linked to the email address. Then try EA’s image-display tip and request the code again. If you cannot access the mailbox, recover it through your email provider; if you still cannot sign in to EA, contact EA Support.
Check the common causes of a missing EA email
- Request the code again. Then check the inbox for the address associated with your EA Account.
- Look in spam or junk. Email filters can route the message away from your main inbox.
- Make sure the inbox has space. A full mailbox may not accept new messages.
- Check blocked senders and filters. See whether you or your email provider has blocked EA messages.
- Confirm you are using the right EA Account. If you have more than one EA Account, the code may be going to the email address on a different account. EA lists these checks in its email troubleshooting guidance.
Try EA’s image-display suggestion
Search your mailbox for a previous message from [email protected]. If your email app is set not to display images, allow images in that message, then request a new code. EA includes this as an additional step for users who are not receiving its emails: EA email delivery help.

Use another verification method if you already set one up
EA documents email, text message, and authenticator-app verification. These methods are useful only if they are configured on your account and you can access them.

EA explains these options in its Login Verification guide. In particular, an authenticator app does not rely on an email arriving, while backup codes need to have been saved before you lose access to your usual method.

If you cannot access the email account
If the mailbox itself is inaccessible, use your email provider’s account-recovery process. EA recommends recovering the email address with its provider before proceeding with EA account recovery. See EA’s account lockout guidance.
When to contact EA Support
If you still cannot restore access to your EA Account after checking delivery and recovering the mailbox, contact EA Support. Be ready to provide information that can help identify the account:

Never share a verification code, password, login details, or passkey with someone who contacts you claiming to help. If a message about a code arrives unexpectedly, do not follow its links or give anyone the code. Check the sender carefully; if you suspect your email account has been compromised, change its password. EA’s phishing guidance says it will not ask for passwords, verification codes, or login credentials through email, social media, forum messages, or console messaging systems.
