If Super Chats appear in your live chat but not in YouTube Analytics, first check the report and its filter: open YouTube Studio’s Analytics > Revenue > How you make money and do not rely on a report filtered to Live. YouTube says revenue reports are unavailable with that filter. Also check that the channel and video are eligible for Supers. YouTube does not document a Super Chat reporting delay or explain how reporting works for a stream that never ends.
Find Supers revenue in the right Analytics report
- In YouTube Studio, open Analytics.
- Choose Revenue, then look under How you make money for Supers revenue. YouTube groups Super Chat and Super Stickers under Supers. YouTube’s Super Chat and Super Stickers help describes this revenue area.
- Check the report filter. If it is set to Live, switch to Live & on demand or use the relevant revenue view. YouTube says interaction and revenue reports are unavailable when Analytics is filtered to Live. See YouTube’s live-stream metrics help.
A live-chat display and an Analytics report are not interchangeable. YouTube says live-stream Analytics data is based on the video’s ID and is processed and despammed. Make sure you are viewing the correct video and its associated Video ID context.
Check whether the channel and video can receive Supers
Seeing the feature in general does not establish that every channel, location, or broadcast is eligible. YouTube’s current Super Chat and Super Stickers eligibility, availability and policies page is the place to verify current country availability and requirements.
Channel and location
- Confirm the channel meets the applicable fan-funding requirements, has accepted the relevant commerce terms, and is in a location where Supers are available.
- Do not assume that meeting a general ad-revenue threshold automatically grants every fan-funding feature. YouTube lists Supers among monetization options for eligible YouTube Partner Program channels, with feature-specific requirements; see YouTube’s monetization overview.
Video and live-chat settings
YouTube lists these as conditions under which Supers are unavailable:

- The video is marked Made for Kids.
- The video is a YouTube Giving fundraiser.
- Live chat or comments are turned off.
Review the specific broadcast’s settings as well as the channel’s feature access. A channel may otherwise be eligible while a particular video or chat configuration prevents Supers.
What a 24/7 stream changes—and what YouTube does not say
YouTube’s live-metrics guidance says metrics appear in Analytics within minutes after a live stream ends. It also describes a separate workflow involving a stream that ended at least 24 hours earlier. Those are statements about live metrics and workflow timing, not a Super Chat revenue processing guarantee. They do not establish when Supers revenue should appear for a broadcast that is still running.

The official help pages do not specify an exact Super Chat revenue processing delay or explain how Analytics reports Supers for a stream that remains live continuously without ending. In particular, do not infer that a never-ending stream is covered by the post-stream “within minutes” timing. If the report and eligibility checks do not resolve the discrepancy, contact YouTube Creator Support and provide the video URL or ID, the approximate time of the Supers, and screenshots of the report filter and relevant settings.
Quick troubleshooting checklist
- Supers not visible in the report: open Analytics > Revenue > How you make money and check the appropriate revenue view.
- Report is filtered to Live: switch to Live & on demand or a revenue view that supports the data.
- Wrong broadcast selected: verify the video and Video ID; Analytics data is video-based.
- Supers unavailable on this broadcast: review the channel’s fan-funding access, location, terms, video status, and live-chat/comments settings.
- Broadcast has not ended: treat the reporting timeline as undocumented for a continuous stream; YouTube’s post-end live-metrics timing is not a Supers-specific SLA.
