Prodigy’s July 2026 battle update lists several disabled areas but does not say whether Titan encounters are affected.
Try the Titan guide’s map steps
- Open the in-game map and look for a Titan marker. Prodigy’s guide says Titans roam randomly and appear on the map.
- Select the zone where the Titan is shown and enter it.
- Click the Titan to try to start the battle.
These steps come from Prodigy’s Titans guide, last updated October 29, 2021. The official pages available do not confirm whether this older procedure still works after the newer battle-system changes.
If you’re trying to start a co-op battle
The same 2021 guide says to use the Titan Crystal in the Titan’s zone to begin a co-op battle. It describes a battle with two other wizards, regardless of level, and says rewards depend on participation and correct answers. Treat these details as historical guidance: Prodigy has not confirmed on its current battle page that this co-op process remains available.
Could a disabled area explain it?
Prodigy’s battle update, dated July 21, 2026, says Harmony Island, Crystal Caverns, and The Arena have been disabled. It does not mention Titans, so that notice alone cannot confirm whether Titan battles are disabled or unaffected.

If you’re searching in Crystal Caverns, Prodigy’s Crystal Caverns help page, updated July 23, 2026, calls that zone permanently disabled. That does not establish the status of Titans in other zones.
Does School Mode block Titan battles?
Prodigy’s Home and School Mode guide, updated July 15, 2026, says School Mode restricts Lamplight Town and the Player’s House, while students can still explore and battle monsters. It does not identify a Titan-specific restriction. The available guidance therefore does not establish that School Mode is why a Titan is missing.

What if the Titan or Crystal is missing?
The official pages do not provide a current Titan-specific fix for a missing marker, encounter, or Crystal. They also do not establish a general level requirement for regular Titan battles; do not assume you need to reach level 8 based on community posts. Prodigy’s current battle article directs players with unanswered questions to Prodigy support.
That article describes the current battle system as combining math answers with spell selection and strategy: correct answers refill magic points, and spells can exploit elemental weaknesses. It does not say how those mechanics affect Titan encounters specifically.
