Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsIf a Roblox gift-card code will not redeem, use roblox.com/redeem in a browser, make sure you are signed into the right account, and check for look-alike characters in the code. If you already redeemed the card but cannot see or spend the credit, check the account’s balance in a browser: Roblox Credit is not shown in the mobile app. These are different problems, so start with the one that matches what happened.
If the code will not redeem
Use a supported redemption route
For most users, Roblox directs gift-card and retail-code redemption to roblox.com/redeem. Open it in a web browser, sign in to the account that should receive the value, enter the code, and select Redeem. The standard Roblox mobile app and consoles do not support gift-card redemption. Roblox lists a Samsung Galaxy app exception: users can redeem in the app from More and then the Redeem tile. See Roblox’s gift-card redemption instructions for the current route.
Check similar-looking characters
If the site rejects the entry, review the PIN carefully. Roblox recommends checking for these commonly confused characters: 0 and O, 1 and capital I, 2 and Z, 5 and S, 6 and G or Q, and 8 and B. Try plausible substitutions only; if the code still fails, stop guessing and contact Roblox Support.
Make sure the account is right
Robux from a retail code is added to the account signed in when the code is redeemed. Gift-card credit is also tied to the account where the card was redeemed. If Roblox says a code has already been redeemed, check other Roblox accounts you use before concluding it was applied to the wrong place. Roblox’s guidance on retail codes is at Retail Items and Toys.

Check what the card actually gives
Not every product sold as a Roblox gift card adds Roblox Credit. Roblox says Amazon Gift Cards and Party Packs redeem for Robux only, not Roblox Credit. Check the wording on the card or product, and if it is a Robux-only code, inspect the Robux balance on the account that was signed in during redemption.
If you redeemed the card but cannot find the credit
Check in a browser, not the app
Roblox Credit is visible and usable in a web browser, not in Roblox mobile apps. While signed into the account that redeemed the card, check the Gift Card redemption page or Billing Settings. If neither page shows a balance, Roblox says that account currently has no gift-card credit redeemed. The official explanation is in Using Gift Card Credit.

Know when a small balance can be converted
If credit is already on the account but is too small for the Robux package you want, Roblox may offer Get Robux or Convert Credit to Robux on the redemption page. Which option appears depends on the balance and available packages. This applies to existing credit; it will not fix a PIN that Roblox has not accepted.
Check where the card or code came from
For U.S. purchases, Roblox’s terms say cards from unauthorized sellers or resellers, including internet auction sites, are not valid and will not be honored. These are U.S.-specific terms; card rules can differ by market. See Roblox’s U.S. gift-card terms and check the terms for your own market if you are elsewhere.

If the problem is a missing code from a promotion run by another retailer, Roblox says it does not issue or reissue codes for external promotions and directs customers to contact that retailer. That is different from a Roblox-issued gift card whose PIN is being rejected. Roblox Support also states, “All Roblox codes can be redeemed worldwide,” and says the value automatically converts to the account’s local currency upon redemption. See Roblox’s redemption guidance.
