If a code won’t redeem in Cardcaptor Sakura: Memory Key, first make sure you’re entering it in the right menu, then check the code’s spelling and whether it is current and intended for your version or region. Community instructions place the redeem field in the game’s settings, but the game’s interface may have changed. A third-party code list is useful for discovery, not proof that a code is still valid.
Where to redeem a Memory Key code
Community instructions posted on September 28, 2024 describe this route:
- Tap your player icon.
- Tap the settings or gear button.
- Open the Redeem tab in the system settings.
- Enter the code and submit it.
This is community guidance, not a currently verified in-game menu path. If the labels or layout differ in your app version, look through the player and settings menus for a redeem option. Community instructions
Check the code before trying again
Re-enter it carefully
Compare the characters with the original announcement and remove any spaces accidentally added before or after the code. This is a simple troubleshooting check, not a confirmed Memory Key rule about formatting or case sensitivity.

Confirm the code is current and applies to you
Codes can become outdated, and a code listed online may not apply to every game version or region. Pocket Gamer’s list, updated October 4, 2026, labels some codes active and others expired, but it is a third-party source rather than publisher confirmation. Check the game’s own social channels or the redemption response for the latest indication before relying on a code list. Pocket Gamer’s code list
The regional app listing identifies the game’s official Facebook and Instagram accounts. It also names Snell Digital as the authorized agent for Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. Regional app listing and support information

Consider whether it was already claimed
If you have used the code before, check whether the game or its response indicates it has already been redeemed. The available game-specific information does not establish a general one-time redemption policy, so treat this as a possibility to investigate rather than a confirmed rule.
Could maintenance or an update be the problem?
If you cannot enter the game or its menus, check for a service announcement before assuming the code itself is invalid. The official game forum announced a server merge and extended maintenance in August 2026. That notice documents a particular service interruption; it does not show that maintenance is a usual cause of code rejection. Wait until the announced work ends, then try again. When to contact support
If the redeem option is missing or a code still fails after you have checked the entry, currency, applicability, and service status, contact support through a channel listed for your game region. The regional listing identifies a player service site for Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau; it does not establish that this support channel serves players everywhere.
