If your Roblox gift card will not redeem, start at Roblox.com/redeem in a web browser, signed into the account that should receive the value. Check the PIN for look-alike characters. If Roblox says the code was already redeemed, check any other accounts you use before contacting Support. The right fix also depends on whether you have a Roblox gift card, a Robux-only code, or a promotion from another retailer.
Redeem the code in a supported place
- Open Roblox.com/redeem in a web browser.
- Sign in to the Roblox account that should receive the card’s value. Check the username before continuing.
- Enter the PIN and select Redeem.
Roblox says gift cards cannot be redeemed through its standard mobile app or on consoles. Samsung Galaxy users have an in-app redemption option. If you are using another mobile device or a console, switch to a browser rather than retrying in the app.
If Roblox says the code is invalid
Check characters that can be mistaken for one another
Re-enter the PIN carefully. Roblox notes that some letters and numbers look alike and suggests checking these pairs: 0/O, 1/I, 2/Z, 5/S, 6/G, Q, and 8/B. Use the card or e-gift card to verify each character; do not share the PIN publicly.
Confirm you are entering the right kind of code
A code from an outside retailer promotion is not necessarily a Roblox gift-card PIN. Roblox directs players to the retailer for external promotional purchase codes. A digital gift card purchased through Roblox.com is a separate case: Roblox identifies CashStar as its partner for questions about those purchases.

If the message says the code was already redeemed
Check other Roblox accounts you may have used. Roblox says a code marked as redeemed may have credited Robux to a different account. If you are sure the card was sealed and untampered with when you bought it, contact Roblox Support with the receipt and code.
Keep the card and receipt while you investigate. Roblox says it does not provide refunds for gift cards or issue or reissue promotional codes for external retailer promotions, so do not assume a refund or replacement will be available.

If the code redeemed but you cannot see the value
Check Roblox Credit in a browser
Most Roblox gift-card value is added as Roblox Credit. Roblox says Credit is visible on certain account pages in a browser, not in the app. Sign in to the account you redeemed on and check there before concluding that the balance is missing.
Check whether the card gives Robux instead
Amazon Gift Cards and Party Packs redeem for Robux only, not Roblox Credit. The value you receive depends on the type of card or code, so a missing Credit balance does not by itself mean redemption failed.

Look separately for any included virtual item
Some Roblox gift cards include a virtual item. Check the item’s page and your inventory; an item not appearing is separate from whether the card value was credited. Roblox says only one unique virtual item is granted per month.

Terms can differ by purchase jurisdiction. For example, Roblox’s U.S. terms say cards from unauthorized sellers or resellers are not valid, and that cards do not expire and are not refundable except where required by law. Those are U.S.-specific terms; check the applicable rules for the place where your card was purchased.
