If Robux from a Roblox gift card seem to be missing, first check the account that redeemed the code and the account’s Roblox Credit—not just its Robux balance. Most Roblox gift cards add Roblox Credit that you must convert to Robux; Amazon Gift Cards and Party Packs cards redeem for Robux only. Follow these checks to find where the value went or what to send Roblox Support.
1. Check the account that redeemed the card
Roblox says retail-code Robux are added to the account that was signed in when the code was redeemed. Confirm the username on your current account, then check any other Roblox accounts you use if you’re unsure where you entered the code. If the code says it was already redeemed, the value may have gone to another account. Roblox Support’s Retail Codes guidance explains which account receives retail-code Robux and what to do about an already-redeemed code.
2. Check whether the card added Roblox Credit
Most Roblox gift cards add Roblox Credit rather than Robux directly. Check the credit in a web browser: visit the gift-card redemption page and look below the Redeem button, or open Billing Settings and look beside the Roblox Credit balance. Credit is not shown on every account page and cannot be viewed or used in Roblox mobile apps. Roblox Support says, “Roblox Credit can only be used in a web browser – it cannot be used in Roblox apps.”
Convert available credit to Robux
If you find credit, select Get Robux or Convert Credit to Robux, whichever the page offers. The control may select the largest Robux package your credit can cover. Refresh the page or navigate elsewhere to update the displayed Robux balance. Roblox’s credit instructions describe the balance locations and conversion options.

Amazon Gift Cards and Party Packs cards are exceptions: they redeem for Robux only, not Roblox Credit. If you have one of these cards, check your Robux balance and purchase history instead.
3. Check your Robux balance and transaction history
Roblox shows where to find the balance in its mobile app, on the website, and in the Xbox app. On the website, look in the upper-right corner. To inspect transactions, select the Robux amount and open Currency Purchases. Use Roblox Support’s balance and transaction-history instructions for the available locations.

4. Confirm the code was redeemed
Gift cards are usually redeemed in a browser at roblox.com/redeem. Sign in to the intended account, enter the PIN or code, and select Redeem. Roblox says a confirmation message appears when credit or an item is successfully added. Standard Roblox mobile apps and consoles do not support gift-card redemption; Samsung Galaxy users have an in-app redemption option. See Roblox’s gift-card redemption instructions.
If the code returns an error
Check for characters that are easy to confuse: 0 and O, 1 and I, 2 and Z, 5 and S, 6 and G or Q, and 8 and B. Enter the code again carefully. If it reports that it has already been redeemed, check your other accounts before escalating.

5. Contact Roblox Support if the value is still missing
If you cannot redeem the card or cannot find the value after checking the account, credit, balance, and history, contact Roblox Support. For a gift-card issue, have this information ready:
- Your Roblox username.
- The purchase date and amount, and the store and city where you bought the card.
- Your country, the card PIN, and its serial number.
- An image of the receipt and images of the card.
- A screenshot of any error message.
For a sealed, untampered card that is marked as already redeemed, Roblox directs users to Support with the receipt and code. Follow any request to reply to the confirmation email with receipt or card images. If the code came from an external promotion, contact the retailer running that promotion; Roblox says it does not issue or reissue promotional codes.
