Repeated failed attempts can trigger a one-hour cooldown.
What can make a Mech Arena promo code fail?
Plarium describes three promo-code types: time-limited codes, beginner codes, and codes for experienced players returning to the game. A code may therefore be valid in general but unavailable to a particular account or no longer active. Plarium does not publish a universal expiry period or a specific inactivity threshold for returning-player codes in its promo-code guidance.

Codes are usually limited to one use per person, according to Plarium. A code already redeemed on your account—or used by someone else—may not work again. The official redemption portal asks for both a Player ID and a promo code, so an incorrect account ID can also prevent a successful redemption.
Plarium’s guidance is to read the displayed error rather than assume every failure has the same cause. The company says the error message immediately indicates why the code did not work.

How to troubleshoot a code that won’t redeem
- Read the full error message. Use it as your first clue and follow any explanation it gives, rather than trying unrelated fixes.
- Confirm the code is active and fits your account. Check whether it is time-limited, intended for beginners, or intended for returning players. The published guidance does not provide a standard expiry duration or detailed eligibility thresholds, so do not assume an account qualifies without code-specific terms.
- Check the code and Player ID once. Look for typing mistakes, then make sure the Player ID belongs to the account where you want the reward. The official redemption portal has separate fields for the Player ID and promo code.
- Stop if attempts keep failing. Plarium says redemption attempts are limited and exceeding the limit may trigger a one-hour cooldown. Its article does not state the exact attempt count. Avoid repeatedly guessing at codes while errors persist.
- Check whether the reward arrived anyway. Look at your resource balances and other relevant in-game inventory. In a February 2026 forum reply, Plarium community manager CrystalDrew advised players to check balances because a code may activate without a warning.
- Contact Plarium Support if the problem remains. If the reward is missing and the code still cannot be activated, use Mech Arena Support. Include the exact error and relevant account details so support can understand what happened.
Does “already redeemed” mean you must wait 24 hours?
No universal 24-hour redemption interval is established by the cited official guidance. A player used the phrase “this code has allready been redeemed” in a forum post, but that report does not establish a general rule. Plarium’s support article instead says attempts are limited and that exceeding the limit may result in a one-hour cooldown; it does not publish the attempt limit.

Plarium says codes are uncommon and most often appear around holidays or special events such as anniversaries. Its suggested places to check include in-game news, the official Facebook page, the Mech Arena Discord community, YouTube video descriptions, the Plarium Store, plarium.com, and X/Twitter. Verify a code through an official channel before trying it; copied lists can be stale. See Plarium’s guide to finding promo codes.
