Will Astro Bot come to PC? As of October 4, 2026, no PC version has been confirmed. The official PlayStation and Team ASOBI pages list ASTRO BOT as a PlayStation 5 exclusive, and neither establishes a future PC release or date. That leaves a port possible but unknown—not announced, and not ruled out.
Is ASTRO BOT on PC right now?
No. The official PlayStation game page and Team ASOBI game page list ASTRO BOT as a PS5 exclusive. Sony’s FY26.1Q supplemental information also lists the game under PlayStation 5, but that is platform evidence, not a statement about future PC plans: Sony FY26.1Q supplemental information.

The game launched on September 6, 2024. Sony’s launch announcement and Team ASOBI’s game page give that date. Nicolas Doucet, Team ASOBI’s studio head, announced it as a game “coming to PlayStation 5” in the May 30, 2024 PlayStation.Blog post.
Has Sony announced a future PC port?
No official PC release commitment or timing is established by the current pages cited above. A history of other PlayStation games appearing on PC—or discussion of a possible port—does not amount to an ASTRO BOT announcement. Treat the PC version as unknown until Sony or Team ASOBI confirms one.

A game’s current “PS5 exclusive” listing describes its available platform status; it does not prove it will remain exclusive forever. Conversely, it is not evidence that a PC edition is on the way.

Play the PS5 game
ASTRO BOT is a standalone, single-player 3D action platformer, not the free Astro’s Playroom. Its story begins after Astro’s crew is scattered when the PS5 mothership is wrecked. PlayStation describes a trip across more than 50 planets, and its FAQ says there are 300 bots to rescue. The official listing says the game is not available for PS4 or PS VR2. Decide whether a PS5 makes sense for you
If you do not own a PS5, playing ASTRO BOT now requires access to that console. Buying a console is a substantial purchase, so weigh it against the other PS5 games you want to play rather than treating it as a small add-on to this one game.
