How does Xbox voice reporting work?
Xbox’s documented voice-reporting system is reactive and player-controlled. On Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, a player can capture a 60-second video clip of an inappropriate in-game voice incident believed to violate Xbox Community Standards, then submit the clip to the Xbox Safety Team.
