Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteIf a WWE 2K26 wrestler or pack you paid for is missing, first verify that your edition and store region include it. Then fully quit the game, install the add-on from your platform store, and relaunch. PlayStation players should restore licenses, Xbox players should find the add-on in the Marketplace and select Install, and Nintendo Switch 2 players should eject and reload the WWE 2K26 virtual game card. If the content is still absent after 24 hours, contact 2K Support with your receipt and account evidence.
Start with the entitlement, not a reinstall
Most missing-DLC reports are caused by an entitlement or installation mismatch rather than a damaged save. A season pass, deluxe edition or voucher can show as owned while an individual add-on remains unclaimed, queued or not downloaded. Reinstalling the whole game before checking those states wastes time and can leave the real problem untouched.

Read the store status correctly
| What you see | What it means | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Included in the edition or pass | The entitlement should be attached to the purchasing account. | Open the individual add-on page and check whether it needs a separate download or claim. |
| Owned, but no download | The license exists, while the package is not installed. | Choose Install or download the add-on manually, then relaunch the game. |
| Free to claim | The pass grants the add-on, but the store still requires a zero-cost purchase. | Claim it with the owning account before downloading; this is reported for some Season 2 cases on Xbox. |
| Queued or downloading | The platform has accepted the entitlement but has not finished delivery. | Let the queue complete and keep the console or PC online. |
| Buy price still shown | You may be in the wrong account, region, edition or platform listing. | Do not buy a second copy. Check the original receipt and account history first. |
| Announced but not released | Ownership of a pass does not make unreleased content playable. | Check the add-on’s listed release status and wait for its release and download. |
Buying a second code does not create duplicate DLC. WWE 2K Support explains: “This is because once you’ve already put in the code from your first purchase, the DLC for that version has already been added and both the system and game mark your account as having it.” That guidance appears in WWE 2K26: Upgrading Editions or Purchasing Multiple Copies, updated July 8, 2026.
PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4: restore the license
PlayStation’s license check is the primary recovery step documented for missing WWE 2K26 add-ons. Close the game completely before running it; leaving it suspended can prevent the refreshed entitlement from being read.
- Exit WWE 2K26 and confirm it is no longer running.
- On PS5, open Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses, then confirm.
- On PS4, open Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses, then confirm.
- Open the PlayStation Store while signed in to the purchasing account and search for the missing wrestler or pack.
- If the page shows Download or Install, start that download and wait for it to finish.
- Launch WWE 2K26 and check the main roster, MyFACTION and the relevant pack menu.
WWE 2K Support’s article WWE 2K: Installing Additional Content and Missing DLC (updated July 8, 2026) states: “If you’re experiencing issues with additional content it is recommended to “Restore Your Licenses”.” The operation refreshes the account’s license record; it does not refund a purchase or make content included in an edition that never granted it.
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S: install from Marketplace
On Xbox, a season pass can be owned while an individual pack is not installed. Do not rely solely on the game’s in-game store. Use the Marketplace listing for the exact add-on.
- Quit WWE 2K26 rather than leaving it suspended in Quick Resume.
- Open Xbox Marketplace and search for the missing DLC by its exact name.
- Verify that the signed-in Gamertag is the account that purchased the base game, pass or code.
- If the license is present, the listing should offer Install instead of a paid Buy action. Select Install.
- For some Season 2 entitlements, select the free purchase or Claim action first, then download the add-on.
- Wait for installation to complete, start WWE 2K26 and inspect the roster and pack-specific content.
If the store still presents a price, stop before paying again. Compare the listing’s platform, region and edition with your receipt. A second purchase can leave you with two transactions while the original entitlement problem remains.

Nintendo Switch 2: eject and reload the virtual game card
Digital Switch 2 copies use a virtual game card. Reloading that card forces the system to reassess the game’s ownership and associated downloadable content.
- From the Home Menu, open Virtual Game Cards.
- Authenticate if prompted and select the WWE 2K26 card.
- Open Options and choose Eject from This System.
- Select Load on This System to load the card again.
- Launch WWE 2K26 and check the roster, MyFACTION and the pack’s content.
Use the Nintendo Account that made the purchase. If the virtual card belongs to another account or console group, the game can launch while the DLC entitlement remains unavailable to your profile.

Steam: confirm account ownership and let updates finish
Steam does not have a separate WWE 2K26 repair sequence published in the official guidance. The practical checks are account, download state and game restart:
- Open Steam’s library while signed in to the account that owns both the base game and the DLC.
- Open the WWE 2K26 properties page and check the DLC list for the missing pack.
- Allow Steam to finish any queued game or DLC download and any pending game update.
- Restart Steam if the add-on was just purchased, then relaunch WWE 2K26.
- Check the roster, MyFACTION and the specific pack menu after the restart.
If the DLC remains absent after these checks, use the 2K Support escalation path. The official WWE 2K order guidance lists Steam as a supported digital-purchase route, but it does not publish a distinct Steam license-restoration command comparable to PlayStation’s or Switch 2’s procedure.
Physical copy, voucher and digital purchase differences
Digital storefront purchase
The storefront account normally holds the entitlement. Find the individual add-on page, verify that it is marked owned or free to claim, and install it from that page. A season pass can unlock the right to download content without automatically downloading every package.

Voucher or code
Redeem the code on the account that will play WWE 2K26. Keep the redemption confirmation. If the code was already used, the account may correctly show the DLC as owned even though the package still needs a manual download.
Physical edition
A disc or game card proves ownership of the base game, not necessarily every premium add-on. Check the box, included insert and receipt for the exact edition and region. Redeem any included DLC code, then follow the platform-specific installation steps above.
Multiple copies or duplicate codes
A second copy of an edition already owned does not add a second entitlement. The system and game mark the first version’s DLC as owned, so use the original purchasing account and repair the installation instead of trying another code.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Check where the content should appear in WWE 2K26
Not every add-on is represented by a new wrestler in every menu. After installation, check the places relevant to the purchase:
- Main roster: look for a newly added playable superstar in exhibition and roster-management screens.
- MyFACTION: packs, cards or persona items can appear in the mode’s collection or unopened-pack area rather than the standard roster.
- Pack-specific content: arenas, championships, managers and other extras may have their own selection menus.
Restart the game after the platform reports installation complete. A running session can retain the old roster data until it is fully closed.

When to wait and when to contact 2K
Delivery can take a few hours during high traffic. That delay is different from a store listing that says Buy for an item you already paid for, which points to an entitlement mismatch. Keep the console or PC connected, finish all queued downloads and relaunch once more after the download completes.
If at least 24 hours have passed and the content is still missing, submit a 2K Support ticket. The support team says: “If you have waited for at least 24 hours and still haven’t received any VC or content, we’re happy to look into it.” That statement is from Missing or Not Delivered VC/Content After Purchase, updated July 7, 2026.
Evidence to include in the ticket
- Your PSN ID, Xbox Gamertag, Steam ID or Nintendo ID.
- Your country or region.
- The exact missing wrestler, pack or add-on.
- The receipt or order confirmation showing date, edition and transaction.
- A screenshot of the platform transaction history.
- A screenshot of the WWE 2K26 DLC or add-on screen showing the missing content.
- The edition and purchase type: digital storefront, voucher/code or physical copy.
Submit clear, uncropped images that show the account and transaction details needed to match the entitlement. Do not send a second payment while the ticket is under review.
Fast diagnosis by symptom
| Symptom | Likely state | Best response |
|---|---|---|
| The pass says owned, but no wrestler is installed | The pass entitlement exists; the individual package is absent. | Open the add-on listing and manually install or claim it. |
| Xbox shows a free price for Season 2 content | The add-on has not been claimed separately. | Complete the free purchase, then choose Install. |
| PlayStation purchase is valid, but the game behaves as if it is not | The local license record is stale. | Restore licenses, download the add-on and relaunch. |
| Switch 2 game launches but DLC is absent | The virtual game card state has not refreshed. | Eject and reload the card from Virtual Game Cards. |
| Steam DLC is listed but never appears in-game | Download or update is incomplete, or the wrong Steam account is active. | Finish every queue item, confirm account ownership and restart Steam and the game. |
| The store still asks for payment | The account, region, edition or platform does not match. | Compare the original receipt before making any new purchase. |
| Nothing arrives after a full day | The entitlement may require manual investigation. | Open a ticket with the complete evidence list. |
Prevent the problem on the next DLC release
- Keep a copy of the purchase receipt and redemption confirmation.
- Use one clearly identified account for the base game, pass and add-ons.
- After buying a pass, open each released add-on page and confirm whether it requires a separate claim.
- Let the platform finish downloads before starting WWE 2K26.
- Record the edition and store region, especially when purchasing a physical copy or voucher while traveling.
- Do not redeem duplicate codes to solve an installation problem; an already-owned entitlement will not be duplicated.
The reliable sequence is therefore: verify the edition and region, check whether the add-on is claimed and installed, apply the platform’s license or virtual-card refresh, relaunch WWE 2K26, and escalate with transaction evidence only after the 24-hour delivery window.
