Its embedded price panel showed $49.49 when viewed October 7, so treat $49.99 as the article’s reported price—not a confirmed live offer—and check the Amazon listing for the current price and terms. TweakTown also described the controller as a way to gear up for GTA 6, reporting a November 19 launch date; that date was not independently confirmed against an official game-publisher source here.
What the Prime Day deal reported
The featured product is Microsoft’s Xbox Wireless Controller in Carbon Black. TweakTown’s October 6, 2026 article listed it for $49.99 instead of $64.99 and called that a 24% discount. The page’s embedded price panel showed $49.49 when accessed October 7, 2026, so the article’s price and discount should not be read as a guarantee of the current Amazon price.
Check the Amazon listing before buying: the displayed price, availability, and deal terms can change. TweakTown framed the purchase around GTA 6 and reported November 19 as the game’s launch date. That date is attributed to TweakTown; it was not independently verified here with an official publisher announcement.
