Netflix members can play selected games in a web browser on compatible PCs and Macs, or on select TVs through the Netflix app. TV games use a phone or tablet as the controller. The feature is still in beta, and availability varies by country, device, and game.
Where Netflix games are playable
Netflix currently offers selected games on computers through Netflix.com and on compatible TVs through the Netflix app. These options are separate from Netflix’s mobile games: a title available on a phone is not necessarily playable on a TV or in a computer browser. Check that the game has a Play Game button and that your device is supported.

Netflix describes TV and computer play as a beta and says it is not available in every country or on every device. Its Help Center lists Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Availability may change; check Netflix’s current compatibility and country guidance.
Play Netflix games on a PC or Mac
Use Netflix.com in Chrome or Edge. Netflix recommends a stable internet connection of 10 Mbps or higher; that is guidance, not a guaranteed performance threshold. A game may use the computer’s keyboard and mouse or trackpad, while some games ask you to pair a phone or tablet.

- Open Netflix.com in Chrome or Edge and choose a profile.
- Open Games or look for a Games or Party Games row.
- Select a title that shows Play Game.
- Follow the game’s input instructions: use the keyboard and mouse or trackpad when supported, or scan its QR code with a phone or tablet if prompted.
If a title does not show a Play Game button, it may be mobile-only or unavailable on your device or in your country.
Play Netflix games on a TV
TV play requires a compatible TV or streaming device with the Netflix app, a stable internet connection, and a phone or tablet for each player. Netflix recommends download speeds of 10 Mbps or higher. The phone or tablet acts as the controller; Netflix says gamepads and other controllers are not supported for TV games.

- Open Games, select a game with a Play Game button, and launch it.
- Scan the QR code shown on the TV with each player’s phone or tablet to pair it.
Netflix provides separate pairing guidance for Android and iPhone or iPad. On Android, you may need to open the link and install the Netflix app before scanning again. On iPhone or iPad, the Netflix controller pop-up completes pairing.
If Games does not appear in the TV app, the app’s presence alone does not confirm compatibility. Check Netflix’s compatible-device guidance and whether the TV or streaming device needs a software update.

What you need to pay
Netflix says the games covered by this service are included with membership, without ads, additional game fees, or in-app purchases. You still need a compatible device and an internet connection. Netflix’s announcement about testing games on more devices describes the computer experience as play on Netflix.com with a keyboard and mouse.

Netflix announced a limited beta on August 14, 2023, starting with a small number of members in Canada and the UK on select TVs, with PC and Mac browser play to follow. The first games were Oxenfree and Molehew’s Mining Adventure. The initial announcement named Amazon Fire TV streaming media players, Chromecast with Google TV, LG TVs, Nvidia Shield TV, Roku devices and TVs, Samsung Smart TVs, Xfinity 4K devices, and Xumo devices and TVs among early partners.

Netflix later recorded rollout updates for the US in October 2023; France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, and Spain in January 2024; eleven more countries in February 2025; and Brazil in April 2026.
