If a YouTube gaming replay playlist stops at its final video, turn on Repeat • Playlist. Playlist Repeat cycles through the selected playlist; Autoplay is different and starts a related video instead. The steps depend on whether you’re watching on a computer, Android device, TV, or gaming console.
Loop a gaming replay playlist on your device
Computer
- Open a video that is part of the playlist.
- Expand the playlist box beside or below the video.
- Click Loop in the playlist box. YouTube’s instructions are at Loop videos or playlists on YouTube.
Android
- Start playing the playlist.
- Open the playlist controls and tap Loop.
- Check that Repeat applies to the whole playlist. YouTube also documents a second tap to repeat only the current video; that mode will not cycle through the gaming replays.

TV or gaming console
- Select the playlist and start playback.
- During playback, press down on the remote or controller to show the controls.
- Select Repeat until the control reads Repeat • Playlist. You can also look for Repeat in Settings while watching.

Playlist Repeat vs. Autoplay

YouTube describes Autoplay as playing “another related video” after a video ends. Its switch is available in the player on computer and mobile; on TV, open the YouTube app’s Settings and choose Autoplay. Controls can differ by device. See YouTube’s Autoplay instructions.

If the playlist still stops
- Confirm you are playing from the playlist. Open a video through the selected playlist and expand its playlist controls; a video opened on its own may not be using the playlist’s Repeat setting.
- Check which Repeat mode is selected. Make sure it says Repeat • Playlist rather than repeating only the current video.
- Test another supported device. If Repeat is set correctly but playback still ends, try the playlist on another device to see whether the issue is specific to one app or device.
- Use YouTube’s playback troubleshooting steps. If the problem persists, follow YouTube’s guidance for streaming and video issues.
The exact cause cannot be determined without knowing your device, Repeat mode, or whether YouTube shows an error. These checks help narrow it down.
