Live Redirect kya karta hai—and kab trigger hota hai?
Live Redirect source broadcast ke end hone par viewers ko aapke chune hue live stream ya Premiere ki taraf bhejta hai. Yeh running source stream ke dauran 24/7 destination ka link dikhane ya viewers ko turant transfer karne ka feature nahi hai. YouTube kehta hai: “Once your live stream ends, autoplay will move your viewers to the Premiere or live stream of your choice.” YouTube Help
Is workflow mein do alag cheezein hain: destination broadcast ko chalana, aur source broadcast par redirect set karna. Redirect setting destination ko khud shuru ya maintain nahi karti.
Redirect bhejne se pehle eligibility aur destination check karein
- Sender channel: uske 1,000 se zyada subscribers hon aur koi Community Guidelines strike na ho. Yeh YouTube ki stated eligibility hai, performance guarantee nahi. YouTube Help
- Destination: use Redirect picker mein select kiya ja sakna chahiye. TeamYouTube ke May 3, 2022 ke announcement, jo June 2022 mein update hua, ne active ya upcoming live streams aur upcoming Premieres ka zikr kiya tha. - Doosre channel ka destination: us channel ki permission zaroori hai. Receiver YouTube Studio ke Settings > Community mein redirect permissions manage kar sakta hai. Help ke mutabik options mein public subscriptions wale subscribed channels ko default permission, sab channels ko permission, ya manually maintained allowlist shamil hai; allowlist mein 100 channels tak ho sakte hain. - Same-channel destination: official Help page yeh explicitly confirm nahi karta ki aap apne hi channel ke doosre live stream ko destination bana sakte hain. Is route ko available samajhne se pehle picker mein intended stream dikh raha hai ya nahi, check karein.
YouTube Studio mein Live Redirect set karein
- Source broadcast ke liye eligibility confirm karein. Agar destination kisi aur channel ka hai, pehle us channel se permission lein.
- Destination ko live ya picker mein select karne ke liye available rakhein. Source aur destination dono streams ka title/channel verify karein, khaaskar agar ek se zyada broadcasts chal rahe hon.
- YouTube Studio mein Content > Live kholein, jis source stream ke end par redirect chahiye use edit karein.
- Customization kholein, Redirect > Add chunein, phir picker se destination live stream ya Premiere select karein. Save/apply karne ke baad source stream ki settings mein selection dobara dekh lein. YouTube Help: Live Redirect
- Source ko us waqt end karein jab aap viewers ko bhejna chahte hain. Redirect source ke end hone par trigger hota hai; ise set kar dena source ko khatam nahi karta.

Redirect tabhi kaam aayega jab destination broadcast viewers ke liye available ho. Encoder chunna
- Software encoder: computer par chalne wala option. Computer, encoder aur network connection ko broadcast chalne tak available rakhna hota hai.
- Hardware encoder: dedicated standalone device. YouTube dono tarah ke encoders ko support ke roop mein batata hai; documentation kisi ek ko har creator ke liye zaroori ya behtar nahi kehti. YouTube Help
YouTube ki cited encoder guidance stream URL aur key ko configure karne ko kehti hai. Stream key ko password ki tarah private rakhein; use public stream details, chat, screenshot ya kisi aise vyakti ke saath share na karein jise broadcast access nahi dena. Agar key expose ho jaaye, Studio mein use replace/reset karne ka option dekhein aur encoder ko nayi key dein.
Long streams: archive aur DVR ki limits

YouTube Help ke mutabik, 12 ghante se chhote streams automatically archive ho sakte hain; 12 ghante se zyada ke streams capture hi na hon. Isliye agar aapko recording bachakar rakhni hai, YouTube archive ko sole backup na maanein: YouTube local recording rakhne ki salah deta hai. DVR rewind
Bahut lambe streams, khaaskar 12 ghante se zyada chalne wale streams par, DVR rewind limited ya unavailable ho sakta hai.
