He is the left-side option in this shortlist: consider him when your setup needs width or coverage on that flank, while checking the in-game role and attributes for the database you are using. Check which FM24 database your save uses
Player data can differ by update. Sports Interactive’s 29 February 2024 main update included squad updates and changes to current ability ratings and attributes; the developer said a new save was required to use the updated player and team data. Its main update notice also reported more than six million data changes across FM24, a game-wide figure rather than a Bristol City statistic.
Sports Interactive’s final data update notice likewise says a new save is needed for the latest player and team data. If you are comparing positions or attributes with a guide, confirm which database update your save uses; the third-party squad listing is a game-era reference, not a guarantee that every save has identical data.
