For a Norwich City save in Football Manager 2024, build around Jonathan Rowe for a young wide-attacking project, Gabriel Sara for central-midfield flexibility, and Josh Sargent to lead the forward line. These are role-based picks from the FM24 Norwich squad listing, not claims about guaranteed development or tested in-save results.
Which Norwich players suit the save you want?
The three choices serve different purposes: Rowe is the wide-attacking development story, Sara is the adaptable central option, and Sargent gives the squad a forward focal point. Their listed ages and roles offer a practical way to choose between them.

Jonathan Rowe: a young wide-attacking project
At 20 in the guide, Rowe is the youngest of these three recommendations. His listed AM RL roles cover the attacking-midfield positions on either flank, making him the clearest fit if you want a save story centered on developing a wide attacker.

The role listing supports that positional fit, but it does not establish a specific attribute profile, potential rating, or development outcome. Treat Rowe as a role-based project, not a guaranteed star.
Gabriel Sara: a flexible central option
Sara is listed at 24, with DM and AM C roles. That range makes him the most flexible central choice in this trio: he can occupy a defensive-midfield or attacking central position according to the shape and needs of your team.

- With broad game support, the Logitech Gamepad F310 works with old standbys to today's biggest titles, so it's easy to set up and use with your favorite games.
- Profiler software allows the gamepad to be programmed to perform keyboard and mouse commands for games without gamepad support.* * Requires software installation.
- A familiar control layout that doesn't require a learning curve to be able to use, with all the same buttons as on an Xbox 360.
- The unique floating D-pad rests on four switches-instead of a single pivot point-making it responsive to quick changes in direction.
- The six-foot cord lets you lean back and play a comfortable distance from your PC monitor.
The guide establishes those roles, not how well Sara performs in a particular tactic. If your decision depends on his exact attributes or suitability for a specific duty, inspect the player in the database loaded for your own save.
Josh Sargent: a forward focal point
Sargent is listed at 23 as AM RC and F C. His central-forward role gives this selection its clearest attacking focal point, while the right-sided role adds another listed option for how you use him.

These ages and positions describe the squad listing, not every possible FM24 career. Sports Interactive’s FM24 Main Data Update announcement (29 February 2024) reported more than six million data changes and said players needed to begin a new save to use them. Its Final Data Update announcement (9 April 2024) reported more than 400,000 database changes and likewise said new save games were required for the latest player and team data.

How to choose among the three
- Pick Rowe if you want the youngest of the three recommendations and a save centered on wide attack.
- Pick Sara if central roles and the option to use a player in defensive or attacking midfield matter most.
- Pick Sargent if you want the trio’s forward focus, with a central-forward role listed.
The guide supports comparing them by listed age, role flexibility, and the kind of save story you want. It does not support ranking them by ratings or potential; check the game database in your save for those details.
