For a practical FC 25 bronze squad, start with pace-led wide options such as Fevrier, Appiah, Leko, Harrison, or Dion Rankine. For a specific evolution, choose for its eligibility rules instead: a March 2025 Bronze Beast Breakthrough guide highlighted Lewis-Skelly, Bogarde, Mahamadou Susoho, Dixon-Bonner, Balazigi, and Zidane. There is no universal best nine; the picks below are a use-case shortlist, not a tested or official ranking.
What counts as a bronze card—and how this ranking works
EA defines base Bronze Player Items as 47–64 OVR, Silver as 65–74, and Gold as 75 or higher. EA also lists several ways to obtain base items, including the Transfer Market, SBC rewards, objectives, season levels, reward packs, and store packs. EA’s FC 25 item-types guide explains the categories and acquisition routes.

This is a role-based shortlist for players building a bronze squad, looking for pace, or targeting the named Bronze Beast Breakthrough Evolution. It draws on a user-created WeFUT squad and a dated evolution guide; it is not an EA ranking or a personal gameplay test. The available examples do not establish a comparable full set of positions, PlayStyles, chemistry links, or attributes for nine cards, so the picks are grouped by what the evidence supports rather than presented as a definitive power ranking.
Five pace-led picks for a bronze squad
A user-created WeFUT 4-3-3 squad, created April 16, 2025, lists 33/33 chemistry and supplies several useful candidates and face-pace figures. Those numbers describe listed card attributes, not a guarantee of in-game results.

| Rank | Card | Listed details | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Fevrier | 64 OVR; 91 PAC (WeFUT community squad, created 2025) | First pace-led candidate to inspect for a wide role. |
| 2 | Appiah | 64 OVR; 90 PAC (WeFUT community squad, created 2025) | A fast option to consider for a wide role. |
| 3 | Leko | 64 OVR; 90 PAC (WeFUT community squad, created 2025) | Another pace-led candidate; check his listed position and your squad fit in-game. |
| 4 | Dion Rankine | 64 OVR Rare Bronze; 88 PAC, 67 DRI, Rapid PlayStyle; RB/RM (WeFUT profile accessed October 7, 2026) | Useful to consider when you want a right-sided role and the Rapid PlayStyle. |
| 5 | Harrison | 64 OVR; 87 PAC (WeFUT community squad, created 2025) | A further pace-led option for squad building. |
How to choose among them
- For a wide role: use the listed pace as a screening stat, then confirm the player’s position and other attributes on the item itself. Face pace alone does not establish how a card performs in a match.
- For a right-back or right midfielder: Rankine is the only pick in this group with a cited profile that states both roles and a PlayStyle.
- For chemistry: the community squad is shown at 33/33 chemistry, but the evidence here does not verify individual league, nation, or club links for these candidates. Check the live squad-building view rather than assuming the same chemistry will carry over.
Four candidates for Bronze Beast Breakthrough
A March 2025 guide to Bronze Beast Breakthrough recommended these four additional candidates: Lewis-Skelly (58 OVR), Bogarde (64), Mahamadou Susoho (61), and Dixon-Bonner (64). Its stated eligibility was CM/CDM with a maximum of 64 OVR. The guide is specific to that Evolution and does not establish that these are the strongest general-purpose bronze cards.
| Rank | Candidate | Reported OVR | Why consider the card |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6 | Lewis-Skelly | 58 | Named by the guide as a Bronze Beast Breakthrough candidate. |
| 7 | Bogarde | 64 | Named by the guide as a Bronze Beast Breakthrough candidate. |
| 8 | Mahamadou Susoho | 61 | Named by the guide as a Bronze Beast Breakthrough candidate. |
| 9 | Dixon-Bonner | 64 | Named by the guide as a Bronze Beast Breakthrough candidate. |
The cited guide also recommended Balazigi (61 OVR) and Zidane (64 OVR). They are credible alternatives if one of the four ranked candidates does not suit your squad, but the available material does not provide comparable position, attribute, PlayStyle, or chemistry details to rank those alternatives above or below them.

Check eligibility and availability before committing
Card databases, Transfer Market stock, and Evolution requirements can change. Before buying or putting a card into an Evolution, confirm the current item, position, rating limit, and all listed requirements in FC 25. The March 2025 Bronze Beast guide’s CM/CDM and 64 OVR limits describe that specific guide’s eligibility snapshot, not a guarantee that the Evolution remains available or unchanged.
