Neighbors: Suburban Warfare, the online party brawler from Invisible Walls, became free to play when its 1.0 release launched on September 29, 2026. It is available on Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation, and Invisible Walls says the launch includes cross-play across those platforms.
What kind of game is Neighbors: Suburban Warfare?
Steam describes it as an online multiplayer party brawler that mixes PvE and PvP. Players defend their homes with traps and gadgets while attacking rival houses, so it is not exclusively a co-op game. The Steam listing also identifies online PvP and in-app purchases.

What arrived with the 1.0 launch?
Invisible Walls’ September 29, 2026 launch announcement lists several additions and changes:
- A Neighborhood Pass, free for Early Access supporters.
- Gwen, a new neighbor.
- Practice vs. AI.
- A new house.
- A redesigned Destruction Mode.
What should players know about reception?
A syndicated October 6, 2026 summary of Game Rant coverage reported player complaints about visual and performance problems and said the Steam rating had fallen. That is secondary reporting, not an independent technical assessment, so it does not establish how the game performs on a particular system.

Steam labels the game Free To Play. The listing also notes in-app purchases, but the available listing information does not establish current item prices or whether any purchase is needed to play. Free-to-play refers to the game’s access price, not a claim that every optional item is free.
