Where to get Clawline
Look for a Weaver Burial Spire in the central room of The Cauldron, a sub-area of the Underworks. Interact with the spire to acquire Clawline. The available route information identifies the area and acquisition point, but does not establish a reliable room-by-room path from a particular checkpoint.
How to reach The Cauldron
There are two documented approaches. Choose based on which region you have reached and which route is open in your progression; the available route descriptions do not establish which is shorter or easier.
- Via Whiteward: One documented route is to obtain the White Key in Songclave in the Choral Chambers, use it on the lower-level elevator to reach Whiteward, then enter the Underworks. Enemies and ember floors are noted along this way.
- Via the Whispering Vaults: The Cauldron can also be reached from the Whispering Vaults, so Whiteward is not the only entrance.
How to use the Harpoon action
Press the Harpoon action to fling the needle and launch Hornet toward its endpoint. This makes Clawline useful for crossing gaps as well as striking enemies. The default bindings listed in the control reference are:

Controls can be remapped, so check your in-game bindings if these inputs do not work. Holding Harpoon with Down is listed as Silk Soar, a distinct input/use rather than the basic Clawline action.

Each Clawline cast consumes one Silk. If the harpoon strikes an enemy, that hit returns one Silk; a cast therefore is not free, even when a successful enemy hit refunds its cost.
