No—Black Ops 6’s campaign is presented as a solo mode, not a co-op campaign. Call of Duty’s official Black Ops 6 pages list Campaign separately from Multiplayer and Zombies, and do not describe a cooperative campaign feature. That conclusion follows from the official mode descriptions; they do not give an explicit campaign player-count statement.
Can you play Black Ops 6 campaign with a friend?
No. The official Black Ops 6 beginner guide describes playing campaign missions and earning rewards usable elsewhere in the game, but does not say the missions support co-op. The Black Ops 6 store page likewise describes the campaign without identifying a cooperative campaign option.

The store page separates the three modes with the wording “Game modes include: Campaign, Multiplayer, Zombies.” Multiplayer lets you play with other people, but it is a distinct mode; it does not make the campaign cooperative.
Do campaign rewards let you play co-op?
No. The official beginner guide says campaign rewards can be used elsewhere in the Black Ops 6 suite. That is a cross-mode reward connection, not an indication that another player can join campaign missions.

Is Black Ops 7’s campaign co-op?
Yes. Call of Duty’s Black Ops 7 campaign page explicitly says, “In Black Ops 7, squad up or go solo in an innovative Co-Op Campaign.” That feature is described for Black Ops 7; it should not be assumed to apply to Black Ops 6 simply because both games are in the Black Ops series.
Does the platform change the answer?
The Black Ops 6 store page lists Xbox, Windows, Battle.net, PlayStation, and Steam availability. Its platform list does not indicate different campaign co-op features by platform, so there is no official basis in these materials for expecting a friend to join the campaign on one platform but not another.
