Where Winds Meet uses draws to award appearance items, but the exact prizes, odds and guarantees depend on the active pool. A January 2026 official update documents a specific Celestial Echo Bliss Bonus; it does not establish one universal pity rule. For current rates and banner terms, use the rules shown in the game’s Draw Shop.
What the draw system gives you
Official announcements describe draws for appearance rewards. The January 2026 update discusses a Celestial Echo prize pool and an Appearance Set guarantee, while the September 2026 appearance notice lists an outfit set, hairstyles and other draw appearances. A BlueStacks guide characterizes the broader system as largely cosmetic and names Celestial Echo and Solemn Echo, but that secondary description does not establish that every possible reward in every pool is cosmetic. Check the live pool’s full reward list before drawing.
What the documented Bliss Bonus guarantees
In its January 8, 2026 update, the official game team described a Bliss Bonus for Celestial Echo. If a player uses at least 131 Lingering Melodies in a row and receives only one Harmonic Core as the Legendary Reward, Bliss Points increase by 20%. At 100% Bliss Points, the bonus activates and the next Legendary Reward is guaranteed to be an Appearance Set from that prize pool.
The same update says Bliss Points above 100% are reduced by 100% after activation. Receiving a Legendary Reward other than a Harmonic Core resets the Lingering Melody count and clears Bliss Points. These are the terms documented for that bonus, not proof that other banners use the same counter, reward table or guarantee.

Current appearance offers are time-limited
An official appearance notice dated September 23, 2026 lists these availability windows in UTC+8:
| Offer | Availability listed in the notice |
|---|---|
| Jade Moonrise | September 25, 2026 at 05:00 through October 25, 2026 at 04:59:59 |
| Lunar Radiance | September 25 through December 24, 2026 |
| Penglai’s Peaks | September 27 through December 26, 2026 |
| Cicada Requiem discount | Through October 10, 2026 at 23:59:59 |
The notice’s times use UTC+8. As of October 8, 2026, these listed windows are underway, but the notice is a dated snapshot, not a promise of permanent inventory. Your region, client and live shop may affect what appears, so confirm the offer and its end time in the in-game Draw Shop.
How to find the current odds and banner rules
There is no current worldwide rate table established here for every active banner. Probability tables can differ by pool, date and region, so rely on the rules and probability display attached to the specific banner in your game client. Before spending, verify:
- The exact reward you want and the full pool of possible rewards.
- The displayed base odds and the banner’s guarantee condition.
- Whether the counter carries over, expires or is independent of other banners.
- Which currency the banner requires and how the game says it can be obtained.
- The offer’s end date and the time zone used.
A secondary BlueStacks guide describes Celestial Echo as using Lingering Melodies and Solemn Echo as using Resonating Melodies, with Echo Jade involved in obtaining draw currency. It also reports shared pity between those pools. Those details are not confirmed as current global-client rules by the official notices cited here; treat the in-game currency labels and rules as authoritative rather than assuming a cost or shared counter from an older guide.

Why an old probability notice is not today’s pity rule
An official Korean probability notice published December 29, 2025 covers particular historical pools and banner periods. For one listed pool, it gives a 0.747% base probability for a Harmonic Core and a 90.00000% probability at the listed 150-draw minimum guarantee. Those figures belong to that dated Korean notice; its banner windows have ended, and the notice says probabilities can vary in the live pool display. They are not current worldwide odds and do not establish a global 150-draw pity rule.
Compare a draw with a direct appearance offer
A secondary guide mentions direct appearance purchases, but availability must be checked in the current shop. If both a draw pool and a direct purchase are available, compare them using the live offer details:

Use official top-up channels
In a May 19, 2026 notice, the Where Winds Meet team said it had never authorized third-party platforms for top-ups or discounted sales. The notice warns that the team may recover items acquired through unauthorized top-ups or malicious chargebacks. If those items have been used, it may deduct equivalent Echo Beads; some functions may be restricted while a balance is negative, and repeated or serious cases may result in long-term or permanent bans. Make purchases only through official channels recognized by the game.
