Not in any trade-list change documented by the official sources reviewed. The best-established trade effect happens later: curing a zombie villager can give the player a discount. Those are separate mechanics, and the exact retention of every profession and offer is not established for every edition and circumstance.
What zombification does—and what it does not establish
Becoming a zombie and being cured are two different events. The official release notes cited here document discount behavior associated with curing, but do not say that zombification itself changes a villager’s offer list. They also do not guarantee that every profession and exact offer survives every version or circumstance.
So if by “trades” you mean the villager’s profession and available offers, there is no basis in these official notes to say that turning the villager into a zombie changes them. If you mean the price you pay after curing, that is a documented effect—and it depends on edition and version.
What curing changes in Java and Bedrock
| Edition and source | Documented behavior |
|---|---|
| Java Edition, 23w31a snapshot notes | Mojang says curing a zombie villager gives a big discount only the first time. Reinfecting and curing the same villager multiple times no longer grants a bonus discount. Mojang’s 23w31a notes |
| Bedrock Edition, 1.20.30 release notes | Mojang documents that reinfecting and curing the same villager no longer increases the discount. The notes also include a fix for zombie villagers displaying their correct professions when infected; that display fix does not establish that every offer persists. Mojang’s 1.20.30 notes |
The Java change is described in snapshot 23w31a, during development of the 1.20.2 cycle; the Bedrock change is documented in version 1.20.30. Do not assume that an experimental setting or a different version follows precisely the same rules.

How to cure a zombie villager
The community-maintained Minecraft Wiki’s tutorial describes curing by applying Weakness and then using a golden apple. Its instructions are secondary and can be version-sensitive, so check the guidance for your edition if you need exact operational steps. Minecraft Wiki curing tutorial
The tutorial also describes discounts for the player who cures a villager with a profession, and notes cases where prior trading can affect whether a profession persists. Treat those details as guidance, not a universal guarantee about every trade list, version, or cure sequence.

Why exact trade retention is not a simple yes-or-no guarantee
Whether a villager had established trades before zombification may matter in some reported cases, but the official release notes cited above do not settle every retention edge case in either Java or Bedrock. They are evidence for the documented discount changes, not a complete specification of what happens to every profession and offer in every situation.
Bedrock also has configurable entity behavior. Microsoft’s documentation includes settings for trade persistence across transformations and for discounts given after curing or when nearby villagers are cured. That is creator-facing configuration documentation; it does not prove that ordinary, unmodified gameplay uses every possible setting. Microsoft Learn: Bedrock trading component

Do not confuse this with the Java trade-rebalance experiment
Java Edition’s 1.20.2 release notes describe the villager trade rebalance as an optional experiment, with no effect on normal worlds unless the experiment is enabled. It is a separate feature from zombification and curing, so it should not be treated as a default trade change in every world. Mojang’s Java 1.20.2 notes
