No. Battlefield 1 does not offer local multiplayer or split-screen for two people playing on one console. Its multiplayer is online; the game also includes a single-player campaign.
Can two people play Battlefield 1 together on one TV?
No. A retailer Q&A answering whether two people can play in front of one TV says Battlefield 1 has no local or split-screen mode. EA’s product page describes the campaign and online multiplayer, but does not itself explicitly address split-screen.

What multiplayer does Battlefield 1 offer?
Online battles
EA describes online battles for up to 64 players. Multiplayer requires an internet connection and an EA account. That player count refers to online battles, not players sharing one console. EA’s Battlefield 1 product page
Playing with friends through Platoons
EA says players can join or manage a Platoon to play with friends. Platoons do not support cross-play, so friends need to be on the same platform. This is an online social feature, not local multiplayer. EA’s beginner guide

What can you play if you are not going online?
EA describes a single-player campaign built around the stories of soldiers in World War I. The available mode information establishes the campaign and online multiplayer; it does not establish a local co-op or split-screen option.
Which platforms is Battlefield 1 available on?
EA lists the EA app, Steam, PlayStation 4, and Xbox on its product page. EA’s 2016 launch announcement also named Xbox One and PlayStation 4 for retail launch. Those historical launch details do not confirm current stock or availability of a particular edition. EA’s 2016 launch announcement

What to check when choosing a game for couch multiplayer
If you want to play together in the same room, look for an explicit local-play listing rather than assuming that a game’s online multiplayer supports shared-screen play. Check the supported local-player count, whether the game uses split-screen or a shared screen, and whether the mode works offline. Battlefield 1 does not meet the local multiplayer requirement.
