DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2. The PS5, Xbox, and Steam versions launched October 11, 2024; the Switch and Switch 2 versions followed on November 14, 2025.

Bandai Namco’s current game page lists all five platform families. The original 2024 platform set was PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam; the Nintendo versions arrived later.

Is Sparking! ZERO on PS4 or Xbox One?
No PS4 or Xbox One version appears on Bandai Namco’s current platform list, which names PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, Switch, and Switch 2. The official Switch launch notice likewise lists the current platforms. Do not assume a PS4 or Xbox One release based on the series’ older games.
Does Sparking! ZERO support crossplay?
Cross-platform play is unconfirmed by the official material cited here. Bandai Namco confirms online multiplayer, but its descriptions do not say that players on different platform families can join the same matchmaking pool or lobby. Online play on a platform should not be taken as confirmation of crossplay.

What should you check before buying?
- Choose the store for your system. A PS5 edition is for PS5; do not assume an edition or code works across platform families.
- Check the multiplayer details for your platform. Bandai Namco specifically describes local and online multiplayer and Joy-Con motion controls for the Nintendo versions. Its local multiplayer update discusses all playable stages and names PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam PC in its platform statement. Update announcement
- Verify the edition and included content. Editions and bundles have changed over time and may differ by platform. The current game page lists Standard, Super Limit-Breaking NEO, and Legendary editions. It says Super Limit-Breaking NEO will be available on Switch and Switch 2 at a later date; check the Nintendo store listing for current availability and contents before purchasing.
