Where to find the Two-Handed Sword Talisman
The talisman is in the highest structure at Temple Town Ruins, in the Rauh Base area of Shadow of the Erdtree. The item database’s pickup route is straightforward once you reach the structure: fight the Horned Warrior, continue up the stairs into the next room, then open the chest (Fextralife item entry).
How to reach Temple Town Ruins
One guide places the ruins southwest of Rauh Base and gives an approach from the Ancient Ruins Base Site of Grace. Treat this as a route option rather than the only way to get there:
- Start at the Ancient Ruins Base Site of Grace.
- Follow the path west toward Temple Town Ruins.
- Use Torrent to jump over a low section of the southwestern wall to enter the ruins.

What the talisman does—and which weapons benefit
The in-game description reads, “Enhances attacks with two-handed weapons.” Eldenpedia reports a 15% damage increase against enemies and a 10% increase against other players, citing game data for version 1.12 (Eldenpedia item entry). These percentages come from a community item database, not an official patch note.
The distinction is between two-handing a weapon and using a paired-weapon moveset. The reported effect does not apply to paired weapons whose moveset replaces the normal two-handed stance. Examples listed by Eldenpedia include Rellana’s Twin Blades, Starscourge Greatsword, Falx, Dancing Blade of Ranah, and Horned Warrior’s Sword.
