Achievement list and Gamerscore
The Xbox list covered by the available guide reports 12 achievements totaling 1,100 Gamerscore. Its entries include the collectible achievements below and story-linked achievements such as “The Next Sign,” “The Man in the Middle,” “The Hidden World,” “Returned to the Earth,” and “End the Tyranny.” See the Xbox achievement list for current entries and descriptions; platform lists may differ.
An older walkthrough description gives a conflicting total of 11 achievements and 1,000 Gamerscore, so it should not be used as the current Xbox total. The surfaced Xbox list is the more relevant reference for that platform.
Collect all 18 Lorestangir
“Tales of Midgard” is awarded for collecting every Lorestangir. The printable guide reports 18 across the game, with this chapter distribution:

Reveal the hidden-face paths
For “Glimpses of the Gods,” focus on hidden faces formed by the environment. Doing so reveals a secret path leading to a tree. The walkthrough description reports 17 hidden-face paths, but a verified chapter-by-chapter location list is not available here. Use a platform-specific walkthrough if you need exact locations, and confirm its route against your game version.

Story achievements and completion planning
Several achievements are tied to story progress, including “The Next Sign,” “The Man in the Middle,” “The Hidden World,” “Returned to the Earth,” and “End the Tyranny.” Consult the live achievement or trophy list for the complete set and exact unlock conditions. A full-game walkthrough description advertises coverage of chapters, puzzles, collectibles, and achievements, but its total achievement and Gamerscore figures conflict with the surfaced Xbox list.
If you are aiming for completion, check the collectible requirements and live platform list before starting. Exact missability, chapter-select recovery, and a verified location-by-location route are not established by the cited collectible information, so do not assume a missed item can be recovered without replaying earlier sections.

Xbox, PC, and PS5 differences
The official Xbox game page lists the game for console and PC and references Game Pass. Subscription availability can change; check the store listing for current access details.
A 2025 report describes an Enhanced PS5 release and a free update for existing owners on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox PC, and Steam. It does not establish that PS5 trophies have the same count or requirements as Xbox achievements.
