There is no fixed, verified wave count for 1,000 kills in Anime Adventures. About 50 waves is a cautious estimate from a 2023 player discussion—not a game-wide rule—and a 2025 Reddit thread gives conflicting estimates. Check the in-game kill counter as you play; the map and enemy spawns affect how quickly kills add up.
Why there is no exact wave count
The game does not publish an authoritative average for kills per wave, and the Anime Adventures Wiki’s Infinite Mode page describes waves that become increasingly difficult on Hard Mode without giving a kills-per-wave table. A wave count therefore cannot be converted into a dependable 1,000-kill threshold.
Community estimates also disagree. A 2023 Wiki forum discussion estimates about 30 enemies per wave and roughly 50 waves for 1,000 takedowns. In a January 2025 Reddit thread, one reply suggests about 20 waves, while others dispute that figure or recommend going much farther. These are player anecdotes, not controlled measurements.
What can change your progress
Map and enemy behavior
Enemy totals need not be the same from one map or run to another. The Wiki names Walled City as a map that can be useful for farming takedowns because the Massive Colossus can spawn additional enemies when it dies. That is a reason the map may produce a different total; the source does not quantify a guaranteed kills-per-wave advantage.

Your run and the counter
How reliably you defeat enemies also affects the total you reach. The available sources do not provide comparable measured kills-per-wave rates for different maps or teams, so there is no evidence-based numerical ranking of the best farming map.
How to plan for the 1,000-kill goal
- Use about 50 waves as a rough planning estimate. It comes from a 2023 player discussion, so treat it as a starting point rather than a promise.
- Watch the in-game kill counter. The Quests page lists “Kill 1000 enemies in any mode,” but it does not tie that goal to a particular wave count.
- Adjust based on your run. If the counter is increasing more slowly than expected, continue rather than assuming a certain wave will complete the goal.
Current availability caveat
The official Roblox listing describes Anime Adventures as defending against waves of enemies and identifies Gomu Development. When checked for this article, it displayed “There are currently no running experiences,” so the estimate could not be verified in a live run. Availability can change; consult the listing for its current status.
