To see your Robux balance in the Roblox mobile app, sign in to the account you want to check and tap the Robux icon at the top. To review transaction history, Roblox’s published instructions use the website’s My Transactions page; you can follow that browser route on a phone, though Roblox does not specify how the page appears in a mobile browser.
Check your Robux balance in the mobile app
- Open Roblox and sign in to the account where the Robux were purchased or earned.
- Tap the Robux icon at the top of the app. Your current balance appears at the top of the screen. See Roblox’s instructions for finding Robux.
View your Roblox transaction history in a phone browser
Roblox documents the transaction-history route under its web-browser instructions. On your phone, open Roblox in a browser and follow those steps; the support page does not confirm a particular mobile-browser layout.
- Sign in to the Roblox account whose activity you want to review.
- Tap or click the Robux icon in the upper-right corner, then select your Robux amount.
- Wait for the My Transactions page to load.
- Choose a filter to find the type of activity you’re looking for.

Find a receipt for a real-money purchase
My Transactions is for Robux activity. If you need proof of a payment made through an app store or another payment platform, check the receipt or order history for the platform that processed it. Roblox’s receipt guidance lists Apple, Google Play, Microsoft, Xbox, Samsung, and other platforms, and says Roblox may request a receipt while helping with an issue. Procedures can vary by platform and region. See Roblox’s receipt guidance.
