The Old School RuneScape home page showed a Game Status Information Centre listing dated 7 October 2026, but the listing details available here do not confirm an acknowledgement of this specific mobile login issue or whether it is ongoing. Check the notice itself before treating reports of an OSRS Mobile login loop as an official diagnosis or a live service-wide incident: Old School RuneScape.
Players have described problems as “Issues logging in on mobile” and a “login loop,” but those are community reports, not evidence that the same fault affects all players. No confirmed incident scope or affected-player count is established.

“Connecting to server” or “No internet connection found”
For these connection messages, Jagex suggests using Wi-Fi or waiting until the mobile connection is stronger. It also recommends trying to log in on desktop first to make sure the account is activated. These steps address the listed connectivity symptoms, not account-recovery problems.
Access blocked
Jagex distinguishes a connection security block from an account lock: its Access Blocked guidance says the connection has not been allowed and that the account itself has not been blocked or locked. First identify whether you use a Jagex Account or a legacy account. What is confirmed—and what is not
Jagex’s published support pages confirm general mobile troubleshooting and account-recovery instructions. They do not, on their own, confirm that a particular 2026 login loop is a widespread incident. A moderator did acknowledge mobile login reports in a post dated 30 December 2020, but that historical response is not evidence about a current issue: RuneScape Forum Archive.
