Its reward lists include a Unique Item case, but Battlestate Games does not describe that case as the game’s “most coveted” item or publish a player ranking. The program arrived with Patch 1.2.0.0 on October 6, 2026; it is a referral program, not an event officially named by Battlestate.
What is the EXFIL Brothers program?
EXFIL Brothers is a way for an experienced player and a new player to link their accounts and earn rewards as the new player progresses. The experienced player is the Operator; the new player is the Candidate. The Operator shares a unique referral link. The Candidate must be logged in, open the link, and confirm the connection. Battlestate says the program applies to Escape from Tarkov modes and is not connected to Arena. Battlestate Games’ official Telegram channel and the Patch 1.2.0.0 notes describe the program.
Both linked players receive a 5% XP bonus for raids they play together. The reward track also depends on Candidate progress and game edition, so joining the program does not mean every reward arrives immediately.
Who can be an Operator or Candidate?

| Candidate | Account younger than seven days. |
These account-age and level conditions are listed in Battlestate Games’ Patch 1.2.0.0 notes. The seven-day cutoffs are strict: an Operator account must be more than seven days old, while a Candidate account must be less than seven days old.

What rewards can Candidates earn?
The Candidate reward list includes practical supplies, currency, containers, and an armband. Battlestate’s patch notes list:
- Five support kits
- 9,500,000 roubles and 10,000 dollars
- Junk Box, ammunition case, magazine case, and key case
- Unique Document case, Unique Medicine case, Unique Weapon case, and Unique Item case
- Candidate armband
The notes do not establish that the Unique Item case is more popular or more desirable than other Tarkov items. “Most coveted” is therefore a headline-style description, not an official ranking or a measured player preference.

What rewards can Operators earn?
Operator rewards include benefits earned per Candidate as well as items and cosmetics:
- Up to 1,200 TarCoins per Candidate
- Up to six Bitcoins per Candidate
- “Shoulder to Lean On” achievement
- Boot Camp Hideout set and PMC Operator Upper
- Unique Document case, Unique Medicine case, Unique Weapon case, and Unique Item case
- Operator armband
- Men in Tarkov, Pulp Mission, and EXFIL Bros posters
“Up to” matters: Battlestate’s listed figures are maximums per Candidate, not a promise that every Operator receives the full amount. The reward list and qualifications appear in the Patch 1.2.0.0 notes.

Can you earn EXFIL Brothers rewards in PvE?
EXFIL Brothers is described as available across Escape from Tarkov modes, and the Operator’s level requirement can be met in any mode. Do not confuse those program rewards with the separate PvE Prestige system added in the same patch.
PvE Prestige is a separate progression system
Patch 1.2.0.0 introduced six PvE Prestige levels. Battlestate defines Prestige as “a mechanic for high-level players that unlocks a set of new unique rewards and allows them to start their exploration of Tarkov again while retaining part of their progression.” The patch notes say requirements increase at higher levels and that some gear and progression are retained when resetting. Battlestate’s update notes provide the level and reset details.

A separate official Telegram post says PvE Prestige can award unique versions of the NKVD Finka knife, Akula dagger, and Gamma secure container; once unlocked, these become available across game modes. TarCoin is also named as a Prestige reward. These rewards are not part of EXFIL Brothers’ Candidate or Operator lists.
Is this the same as the Arena promotion?
No. The Arena Season 3 “Morbus Imperium” promotion featured the FN P90 (Scourge), weapon modules, camouflage patterns, tactical clothing, and gear. Its Free Weekend ran September 24–27, 2026, and the associated offers ended October 6. That promotion is separate from EXFIL Brothers, and its expired offers should not be treated as current rewards. Battlestate announced it through its official Telegram channel.
