Nintendo’s Virtual Boy – Nintendo Classics library launched on February 17, 2026. The app is a free download for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, but playing its games requires an active Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack membership and a dedicated Virtual Boy viewing accessory. Nintendo says the library is available in the United States and Canada; it does not appear in the eShop on Switch Lite.
