If your Rainbow Six Siege ranked charm from last season is missing, first check which reward you earned and when it should arrive. Ubisoft says rank-based charms are awarded for the highest rank you reached during the season and delivered at the start of the next season. Ranked 3.0 also has a separate reward track, so a charm shown there may have a different eligibility requirement.
Which ranked charm are you expecting?
Rainbow Six Siege has more than one kind of ranked reward. Identify the specific charm or reward screen before troubleshooting; reaching a rank does not necessarily unlock every item shown in the ranked rewards.
| Reward type | How it is earned | When to expect it |
|---|---|---|
| Rank-based seasonal charm or card background | Based on the highest rank you reached during that season, even if you later dropped to a lower rank. | At the start of the following season. |
| Ranked 3.0 reward-track item | Earned by playing matches and progressing on the seasonal reward track. Ubisoft’s Ranked 3.0 update describes a charm at 80 points on the specified track. | According to the reward track and season described in Ubisoft’s update; the 80-point requirement is not a rank-based charm requirement. |
Ubisoft explains the rank-based rewards in its Ranked 3.0 announcement and gives more detail on the Ranked 3.0 reward system. Check the exact reward name and season in the current in-game interface, since “last season” can refer to different seasons as the game updates.
Check these details before contacting support
- Pin down the season and item. Note the season in which you earned the reward, its displayed name or design, and whether you mean a rank reward or a reward-track item.
- Confirm your highest rank. For a rank-based charm, use the highest rank reached during the season, not just the rank you finished at. Compare it with the season’s reward information.
- Check the reward track. If the expected charm appeared on the Ranked 3.0 track, confirm that you progressed far enough to claim or earn that specific item. Do not use your rank alone to establish track eligibility.
- Look in your charm inventory. Check the in-game weapon charm inventory for the item’s name or appearance. If the next season has just begun, an account synchronization delay is possible, but Ubisoft’s cited reward rules do not establish waiting or restarting as a guaranteed fix.
- Gather account details and evidence. Record your platform, linked Ubisoft account, season, highest rank, reward-track progress if relevant, and any screenshot of the ranked rewards screen or item entitlement.
- Open a Ubisoft Support case if it is still absent. Provide those details and evidence so Ubisoft can review the account-specific issue. No universal recovery window or guaranteed restoration is established here.
Are other players reporting missing rewards?
Players have posted similar reports, including accounts describing a missing charm or card background after receiving other rewards. Such posts show that the symptom is being discussed; they do not confirm eligibility for a particular account or establish a game-wide incident. The available information does not identify a current official incident notice or a verified fix for this specific case.

What to do if the charm is still missing
Use Ubisoft Support rather than buying hardware, another game copy, or an unrelated product: a physical purchase cannot grant a missing digital entitlement. Keep the report focused on the exact season, expected item, account and platform, highest rank or track progress, and supporting screenshots. The account-specific cause remains unresolved until Ubisoft can check those details.
