Yes: creator JGOD soloed the Queen on Dam in ARC Raiders, according to a November 2025 report by Insider Gaming. The fight lasted about 20 minutes. The ammunition and weapon advice from that encounter is approximate, however, and official changes since then mean it should be treated as a historical account—not a guaranteed current strategy.
What happened in the solo Queen fight?
Insider Gaming reported on November 4, 2025, that JGOD had shown the closing moments of a roughly 20-minute fight against the Queen on Dam. The report says he used multiple locations and stayed on the move. It also reproduced a November 3 post from James – JGOD (@JGODYT): “Everyone said you can’t solo the Queen in Arc Raiders” and “WE DID IT, LET’S GO!!!!!”
The reported footage and account establish that a creator claimed and showed a solo kill; they do not amount to an independent review of the full fight or a controlled test of a repeatable strategy.
What did JGOD reportedly bring?
According to Insider Gaming’s account, JGOD recommended a Hullcracker and roughly 200 shots. He estimated that he fired about 180, including misses. The weapon reportedly began at 125 durability and finished below 20, so the durability figure is a warning that the attempt used a substantial portion of the weapon’s condition—not a precise requirement for every run.

The article also relayed a suggestion from another user to bring Wolfpack grenades. It cited the Queen’s health as around 30,000 points, but that is an estimate in the report, not a current official health stat.
Why the 2025 advice is not a current recipe
Embark’s Frozen Trail 2.0 update notes, dated October 8, 2026, say explosive damage was reworked. Explosive weapons such as the Hullcracker now deal over 50% more damage against armor plates and around 30% less against more fragile parts, according to the notes. That shift changes how the weapon performs depending on where shots land, so JGOD’s ammunition estimate should not be assumed to apply to the current version.
The same update says Solo vs. Squads is no longer available in matchmaking. That does not mean a solo Queen fight is impossible, but players should not assume the 2025 account reflects a currently available solo-versus-squads matchmaking option.

- Update 1.33.0 (June 16, 2026) says the Queen and Matriarch can stand on more varied terrain and moving surfaces.
- Update 1.36.0 (July 7, 2026) says their stomp knockback no longer goes through walls.
- Update 1.42.0 (August 18, 2026) says a bug causing stomp attacks to hit through walls or from farther away than intended was fixed.
These notes describe encounter and bug-fix changes; they do not establish a current Queen health total or prove that any particular solo loadout will succeed.

Insider Gaming attributed a figure of 58 Queen kills across four million raids to an earlier testing session. The report does not identify the original publisher, the session date, or the methodology, so this should not be presented as an official Embark statistic or as a measured rate for players generally.
